By far one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Jeff the servers manager is top notch in one of a kind even all the way down to his green shoes. He greeted me as soon as I got there and was in and out in less than 30 minutes got the royal treatment from Boulder dodge and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of service on any car. Also one of the sales employees was giving out homemade cup cakes that there wife made and oh man can she bake. ~JUSTIN

Thank you Indian Peaks! I took my VW CC here for the first time after receiving an astronomical quote from another business in Boulder. The techs here at Indian Peaks found out that the majority of the services the previous place wanted to charge me half the value of my car for were unnecessary. I dropped the car off in the afternoon and they replaced the brakes and had it all ready for me by 9:30am the next morning, it was so fast and I was only without a vehicle for a short period of time. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Besides the oil change, I asked them to check for a possible radiator leak. They checked for this and other possible issues at no additional charge. This place is probably one the best experiences I’ve ever had. Dropped my car off for an oil change and new brakes. They called me and quoted me exactly how much everything would be and when I showed up to pick up my car it was ready to go and was exactly how much I was told it would be. As a car person, I am often asked and used to recommend this shop to friends and colleagues, but recently there was another instance where they just didn't hold themselves to a high standard when a friend's car was repaired incorrectly according to other mechanics including the dealership, and instead of replacing it and taking responsibility the same parts were used, just installed correctly finally. Not impressed and won't be recommending anyone to this shop anymore. You can tell a truly good shop not by how reviewers are happy after an oil change or a basic repair, but how a shop treats its customers when the shop makes a mistake and how they correct it. This is an honest shop. Twice I went in for an alignment but was only charged a minimal inspection fee because the alignment was in spec already. They could have easily charged me $100 or $200 each time but didn't. ~Jim

I've lived in Boulder and the area for over 30 years and had never used DLS' services until this week. I had no idea they were such a top notch shop. Fast, fair, honest, and thoughtful above and beyond good service.Jake fit me right in when he saw I had my 88 year old mother with me, brought us a chair, and got that leak repaired within minutes.
