This is an honest shop. Twice I went in for an alignment but was only charged a minimal inspection fee because the alignment was in spec already. They could have easily charged me $100 or $200 each time but didn't.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The guy who put my headers on my car stripped my bolts from the cat back so now I’ll have to cut them off I knew I was going to regret someone else working on my car I paid $130 for $300 in repairs made a big deal because my exhaust “didn’t fit” which it does I’m putting it non right now and if your scared to bend a body fold on the subframe to make the exhaust fit and tellin CB me it would cost a lot more when it’s a 30 second job seriously I’m 30 and have a substantial amount of experience compared to this company

Hawley/Bear has to be the worst shop I have ever been too. Can’t align a vehicle to save their life. The first alignment cost me a set of tires is 500 miles, the second time around he left the trac bar loose. Run away from this shop.

Excellent alignments, especially for 4WDs. I get most bothered by the parts markup. 3x what I can buy the same part for. Perhaps that is standard and I just need to keep doing my own work. I think a 3x markup is gouging but they stay in business so perhaps it's just me.

Installed a fan backwards and tried to convince me that it was my imagination that it wasn't working properly. Then went to another repair place and found out that it had been installed backwards.

This is one star because they will probably do a first class job. Otherwise it should be zero or negative for fraud. Inbrought in a used ford f-350 i acquired from a wholesaler. Behr said it needed all new tie rods and that the power steering gear had to be replaced. Their estimate was $3500. Their prices on the parts were insanely high. I ended up doing the job myself. Parts were $114 on amazon compared to about $2000 at Behr. Actually most of it did not have to be replaced but I got a complete set for that price, so why not? Made by Detroit axle, which makes the oem parts for many cars. The steering gear was in excellent condition - it only needed to be adjusted which is what an alignment shop is supposed to do. Steering is tight. It actualy only needed two tie rod ends and a steering damper, plus adjustment. Theit estimate, with $75 for the alignment, should have been about $400 counting labor for the tie rods. So I would say, if you are contemplating work at Behr alignment (Spruce Auto) in Boulder Colorado, weigh that against getting a new car, or just find an honest shop.

I had Mike do the alignment on my 97' Eagle Talon TSI, the car ended up great handles well and doesn't have any pull to either direction or any significant tire wear. These guys have an awesome state of the art alignment rack that works well on cars that have been lowered and have low-hanging performance exhaust. Thanks guys!

Got an alignment on my '13 Subaru Forester XT. I had recently installed a 4" lift and everything came back quickly and the car drives great. They shed light on an Issue which a dealership struggled with, and neglected to tell me about, for 6 months. Friendly staff that are willing to break down the details.
