Dacia made going to PC Richards worth it! My grandmother and I went in looking for prices for a new fridge that included an ice maker. English is not her first language but Dacia showed a type of patience and kindness i haven't seen before. She made the whole situation lighthearted and easy to understand. We left feeling certain that we would come back to get the fridge she recommended to us

Bought an AC yesterday at an awesome price with warranty. Chad is the man! He made sure it was connected to my cart appropriately and let me know how I should set it up. I’m sending all my friends in to Harlem to get their appliances, I know they’ll be well taken care of.

Dexter was absolutely amazing, I asked for a wall unit and he pointed in the right direction. He showed me different units and explained them all to me. I showed him the space I needed it for and he showed me exactly what I needed and helped out with a warranty. He even went above and beyond with a delivery. I’m very happy with the price I paired and the service that was give from Dexter. I really appreciate all his help today with my purchase.

PC Richards has always been the best, independent store for appliances in Manhattan, and after several bad experiences, we have been careful to avoid the big chains, whose services, shall we say, has been less than personable. Yesterday, we spoke to Michael on the phone, and he guided us through appliances, patiently walked us through our options, and was present with us for two hours as we decided what fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer we wanted to buy. He took care of Certificates of Insurance, and worked with his manager to get the lowest price possible. We highly recommend him, and this branch (above all) of PC Richards.
