This location has the worst customer service ! , the lady that assisted me today with my purchase was as useful as a rock. I asked her questions on headphones and gave me rude sarcastic comments about the headphones then while I was checking out I asked her if I had any benefits as a total tech member and told me no nothing then scanned me out didn’t link my account to the purchase I asked her too then told me I should have told her before at that point I was already fed up I just wanted to pay and leave I told her thank you for your time and told me no worries this was just annoying DO NOT BUY AT THIS LOCATION THIS PLACE IS ONLY GOOD FOR ONLINE PICK UPS absolutely worst customer assistance I’ve ever received from any store

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS BEST BUY FOR OVER 15 YEARS, AND BACK THEN THEY HAD SOME VERY GOOD STUFF AND NOW IT IS EVEN BETTER, FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO THANK A VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME OF JULIUS , WHO WORK IN THE APPLE COMPUTER DEPARTMENT, AND HE EXPLAINED SO MANY THINGS TO ME ABOUT MAC COMPUTERS, AS WELL AS INVERTERS ,AND SPEAKER POWER ALSO , THIS REPRESENTATIVE WAS SO INFORMATIVE, ABOUT OTHER APPLIANCES AND ELECTRONICS... WHEN MOST EMPLOYEES ONLY KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THEIR DEPARTMENT..... THIS BEST BUY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, ALOT OF RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA, , EATALY, FAIR WAY SUPER MARKET, OUT BACK, GOING TOWARDS THE FAR EAST STICKIES, KRISPY KREME, MCDONALD'S, ETC. BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, F TRAIN PATH TRAIN LOCATED IN THE SAME STATION... BEST BUY HAS SOME NEW ITEMS THERE SUCH AS TREADMILLS, TO NEW HI TECH CAMERAS FOR EXPERIENCE AND NEW PHOTOGRAPHERS.... GREAT ESPRESSO MACHINES, THE NEW NINJA BLENDERS FOR THE ICE CREAM MAKER, RING FOR PEOPLE WHO DONE WANT TO ANSWER THEIR DOOR WITH KNOWING AHEAD OF TIME,... I COULD GO ON... used to be great, but as of lately the floor staff in the computer area had difficulty identifying key pc hardware names and did not know there was a such thing as wifi usb adapters. Then at the adaptrrs he suggested the one with less bang and pointed lazily. Not a good experience. As a network tech I was Appalled by the knowledge gap!

We waited 40min before someone approached us, they were passing by us and no one asked anything until someone finally did, and when she did in 2min was able to sell lolololol When we asked her why they took so long to help us the told us “we are understaffed” but there were employees standing around the store. Anyways, I got an LG smart tv and I love it!!

Go Amazon if you want it shipped. I hate Amazon but they deliver so much better than BestBuy. My package was sent to a UPS spot that had me have to carry a large monitor many blocks in NYC. Never again will I have an item shipped from BestBuy.

With it being THE top store, I can see why! My mobile service representative, Daniel, had impeccable customer service the whole encounter with him! Even hearing him interact with other clients, I can tell he's a great addition to this store. Everyone has their specialties, and it serves them right as such!

two years ago maybe more I had bought a samsung note 10 plus for my wife for more than 1300 dollars the cashier of the time was very bad, the cashier was very badly polite she did not even give me a bag for my purchase over 1300 dollars, now i see that there was a change for places which are brand new let see how about the team I would like to tell employers of best buy. be more proffesional and flexible with customers because the survival of the best buy brand depends on you and your attitude towards customers, I am from old school where my father had a family company that has been trading in electronic parts for 80 years. He imported from DDR in germany and taiwan at the time , and always teach me that the customer are the king , in French we said le client est roi 🤴
