Was seeking a hybrid in my search but found the value in arguably the most fuel-efficient, gas-only vehicle in the Hyundai Elantra. We live 2 hours from Hyundai of Greeley and left extra early for the service appointment due to a late Spring winter storm warning. Weather was building but the trip in was OK and we arrived an hour early anticipating to wait for our scheduled time. But, the service team was very accommodating and got my Santa Fe in right away. Double bonus was finding that, unlike at many restaurants, I could still get a very wonderful cup of hot chocolate nearly at the end of May!! Service was great and we were headed home just as the snow started.

This is my third buying experience at Hyundai. I am happy to say this could be the only dealership I ever need to shop & buy vehicles from. Austin is helpful, patient & excellent salesman. The finance department is great and has always works with my budget. You cannot beat their 100,000 mile warranty/10 year warranty. And when your car breaks down, Hyundai’s service shop is there to help.

We found our new favorite Hyundai dealership! We originally placed a deposit on a Santa Cruz at a different Hyundai dealership close to home but ended up canceling with them due to poor service . We found Hyundai of Greeley online. This dealership is located 2.5 hours away but Josh was awesome so it was well worth it. Not only did Josh find my ideal Santa Cruz(something the other dealer failed to do) but after shipping delays offered to deliver it to me at my home. It was at a stressful time for me at work so I really appreciated not having to drive 6 hours round trip to pick up the car and drop off my trade-in. Josh communicated frequently, his calm demeanor kept me calm and he was patient will all of my questions and concerns. Chuck, who delivered the vehicle is also great! All in all a great experience and my big dog loves his new ride!

Watch for the market adjustments (added over 14% to the sale price of our vehicle, as of Jan 2022)! Much lower market adjustments available in Denver-Metro area. The prices listed on the website (MSRP) do not reflect the current prices. While most dealerships do have a market adjustment right now due to current market conditions & supply chain shortages, Hyundai of Greeley had a non-negotiable market adjustment that increased the total sale price of our vehicle by over 14% !! This is much higher than the market adjustments for the Denver-Metro dealerships (1-5% markup), but unfortunately we were in a bit of a bind, and Greeley had vehicles in stock we weren't able to find elsewhere. EDIT: Hyundai has sent a letter to dealerships warning against these bait and switch pricing tactics and large markups, as it damages their brand and will prevent repeat buyers long term. Hopefully this will change soon for Hyundai of Greeley since it seems like this could impact their vehicle allocation. 5* for the customer service though. The team here is very efficient and effective. We purchased our vehicle without setting foot in the dealership, and the process was very smooth. The team is highly responsive and helpful. They even drove the vehicle down to us which was very helpful. Since the purchase of our vehicle, they continue to quickly respond to any questions we have about the vehicle. No complaints here.

After another visit to Hyundai of Greeley for service on my vehicle yesterday, I again appreciate the kindness and work of Alex and Russ along with their fellow service department workers. They have definitely made me a continued customer as they offer great work for a great price. But, additionally, what I very much appreciate is that there is no high pressure to get additional work done whether it is really necessary or not. Having gone to dealers in the past who put on high pressure sales to have additional, unnecessary work done, I truly appreciate the honesty of Hyundai of Greeley which will keep me as a long-term customer.

Amazing experience, so far :-D I had some car shenanigan's going on and Austin and the team there did a great job for me. I'm still waiting for all the final details to finish up - so, so far, so amazing! They provided me a loaner for a couple weeks while the process gets finished up which another Hyundai dealership didn't even consider. That?! Is customer service at it's finest. THANK YOU! Austin took great care of my family when we were looking for a bigger car. Safety was the priority and he made sure to give us all the safety features of the car we were interested in.
