Have issues with the service side. Trying to get hubs bearings replaced since January. Have received no calls about the parts. Service writer left and no one let us know she was gone. Plus parts order was canceled. Have called and no return calls. Called Ford and that was a waste of time. Told yesterday the service writer was checking on the parts and would call me back in 10 minutes. Still have not received a call back. One star is to much.

Brighton Ford has had my truck for a week and a half to do a couple repairs. When I originally spoke with them, I was told 2 to 3 days. I was called nine days inn and informed my truck will be done at 4 o’clock that evening, showed up and they told me they had me confused with a different client and the had not even started the repairs (on day 9)… but was assured it would be done the next day (Friday and day 10) by 4 pm - showed up then, and told its not quite ready, and should be ready the following Monday… This place is over an hour from me Unfortunately, this place has changed from prior years… look forward to never bringing my vehicles here again.

My expectation is that my car is returned in the same condition as when I left it. We keep our cars’ interiors clean; however, when I picked up my Edge yesterday, the driver’s side was filthy: mud on the mat, carpet etc. They must have left a window open because there was dirt on the dash and controls. The first picture is the passenger side to show how we keep our car. The rest are how Brighton Ford left it for me to pick up.

We had an excellent service experience with Ariana, Kevin and the diesel mechanic. We were stuck 600 miles from home and the turbo quit working on our F250 diesel truck. We stored our RV/trailer in a secured back lot. In less than 2 days, our F250 was running like a top once again. We would highly recommend Brighton Service to family and friends.

Took are 2015 Honda to get a oil change they stated we needed all new brakes and routers on all 4.Wheels. They assured us that text knew how to work on other types of cars We agreed payed for everything. 3 months later as we were driving the brake line snaps and we had car towed. They fixed the damage and they assured us they fixed it correctly this time. Another 3 months later same issue had it confirmed thru another dealership. After they looked it over informed us whoever did the brake repairs failed to put bolts or tighten bolts witch caused the brake line to snap which caused a lot more damage.

Maynard and the team did their very best to get the financing and have us in and out in under 3 hours! Amazing experience and so friendly. They made us feel special and this was a first for us. Will buy from them again and recommend Brighton Ford and the gang veery highly.

Front desk from the service was great, reason for poor review is this dealership isn’t friendly with pricing. Parts were $200 in total, labor was $1800. I understand that’s how business works but little extreme on the price for simple fixes. Took the car home and saw it was simple piece that was stuck inside the throttle body. Took that piece out and the car was back to normal, making me assume they never really looked into the car. I will include that there was half of someone’s lunch in the back seat of my car and piece of gum stuck to the carpet. Front floor mats were covered in mud and the interior was left with a terrible smell. Car had a few scratches. Wasn’t a fan on how they left the car especially if I’m already paying for a Diagnostic fee I’d at least expect the car to be left as it came in before or do a little clean up after yourself.

They had this truck for two months prior to me purchasing it, so they fixed it enough to get by before the light turned on again. I went to Brighton Ford thinking they would sell quality vehicles but two weeks is just ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Took my Ford Fiesta in for repairs only to find out they can’t get the part so I decided to browse the used cars. Test drove a 2014 Toyota RAV4 Limited. This car is so nice I never thought it would work out, but Maynard Morrison works magic and now I am driving that super nice RAV4 everyday.
