Zero stars! I have had issues in the past with this particular elderly woman. This past November or December, I kindly asked why my packages can't be deliver to my apartment door while Amazon and UPS has no problem doing such a task. I didnt think I was giving her attitude, but she rudely told me there's some contract that doesn't allow the mail carriers to enter the apartment building to drop the packages off. I apologized for being a bother and didn't think too much about her attitude and how quick she was to tell me why things were the way they were. This January, I brought the issue up with the new apartment management. They told me there's no such contract in place, so I wonder why she would tell me that. I've lived in Dayton in the past, where dropping off USPS packages wasn't an issue. I just ignored it until another issue came up. Valentine's Day is around the corner and the package my boyfriend was expecting never showed up. We got a packaging slip saying we had to pick it up in person, yet the both of us work/go to school from 8-5 each day. I called to see if anything could be done for the occasion and tried to convey my concerns and situation. The woman rudely cut me off mid sentence and said "you"ll just have to pick up the package on Saturday. You have 15 days before we throw out your package so that gives you plenty of Saturdays." I was floored that this woman would say such a thing. There was no sympathy in her voice. Just stone cold apathy. She had no care for her behavior towards customers and I'm sure she's not thrilled to be working at the post office either by her mannerisms. I must also say I have not raised my voice or swore when interacting with this woman. I know better than to treat those in the service industry like garbage. I just can't fathom how she gets away with treating customers like that. I was only trying to find some civil resolution to my package issues yet I feel attacked. I just filed my concerns on the USPS website so I hope something can be done. Otherwise I'm gonna stick to UPS or the post office the town over for sending packages.

the last 2 times I have ordered something that was SUPPOSED to be delivered through USPS it just magically dissapears into thin air? Then when you call to ask about what happened the response is "Oh I dont know", "I can't find it in the system", "I put it in your box I dont know what happened to it?" You might want to be ready to fill out a police report before ordering something that will be making its way through this CLEPTO post office. If stealing isnt the issue then the supervisor needs to be fired IMMEDIATLEY because not only does she have a bad attitude and horrible customer service skills but she runs her office like a late night brothel never knowing what comes in, what goes out, or who has what.
