Used to go here alot. Tonight was the end. They sold me parts to a truck I dont have and were not willing to help resolve the issue. They offered me a refund and that was it. Thank goodness the guys at autozone offered to run the parts out to my home. I will be shifting my business to autozone. Thanks to the night manager nick at oriellys for showing your true colors not very helpful and arrogant. If you would like to help your business train that guy Steve on how to get the parts right the first time. Thanks again to the guys at autozone for superior service!

Jarod at O'Reilly's is informative, double checks that he has correct parts, makes it a point to ensure you have what you need and even puts up with the idiocy of other staff that appears to enjoy bullying him.
