9 Best auto repair shop in Brighton, Colorado (CO) 2024

Rob was great! US ARMY Veteran and proud to be an American. I’m a US Marine, so after some playful banter about who’s service rocks the most (Of course it’s the Marine Corps), he got to work! In all seriousness, I was in a bind and needed a radiator, thermostat, and some suspension work done and I needed it done yesterday! I needed to get to Sturgis by the weekend before the City impounded my camper (long story). Needless to say, Rob and his team came to my aid and made the repairs promptly and efficiently. And though I expected to be dinged for rush fees and the like, I was pleasantly surprised to find there were none. The repairs were right where they should be for pricing. I will be bringing my obnoxious Dodge back to this location for future repairs for years to come. I mean, quick service, Veteran ran/operated, fair pricing, straight talk….isn’t that what we all want out of a shop?!??! Semper Fi Rob and Crew! My initial experience was immediately intimidating. Sabrina did not waste time to let me know that she ran a tight ship. Those were her wordsI .I was there for a quote for service. I asked for an individual mechanic. She said I could talk to him but that I needed to make an appointment. I will not conduct business with anyone that treats new customers like that. ~Alex

I broke down more than 4 hours away from home, on my way to the airport. Even though they were out of town over the weekend and my repair was a difficult one, everyone at Jon’s worked to get my repair done in a timely manner so I could get home the day I returned from my trip. They even helped make sure I made it in time for my flight! They made a difficult situation for me much easier with their care and friendliness.
