Bullet is THE best! Any time we are in a jam and need a repair quickly they always do their very best to make it happen. They do an awesome job and they are definitely cheaper than dealerships and other shops. Everyone is super friendly and the owners are the nicest people. Convenient and easy to work with, thorough, efficient, and fair - was glad to have gotten a second opinion from Bullet on my high-mileage daily driver's cam/valve covers and head gaskets which at warranty service the dealership quoted me thousands of bucks to do and which turned out to be unnecessary. Was originally referred by word-of-mouth and glad to add to their well-earned reviews 👍

100/10 Recommend! After numerous horrible experiences at dealerships and chain car repair places I was absolutely blessed to be recommended Bullet Automotive. If you want honest, fair, reliable work done this is the place to go. I've been working with Josh who is AMAZING! I know nothing about cars and he does a wonderful job explaining the work that needs to be done and the steps they took to diagnose the vehicle in an easy to understand way. He sets clear expectations for timelines and continually has gone above in beyond to provide the best customer service I have EVER experienced. I will go no where else for my automotive repair needs just because of how well he and his team have treated me and my vehicle needs. Hands down the best automotive maintenance and repair shop I’ve ever used! There are a lot of good marketing companies that help businesses boost their web page traffic. Bullet automotive actually follows through on their web page promise! From the ease of scheduling the appointment to the constant updates on the repairs, to their up front and honest pricing, this shop is hands down the best I’ve seen. It’s rare these days that you find an honest and transparent business of any kind, let alone an automotive repair shop. Just ask anyone that’s recently sent their vehicle to “the dealership” thinking that they’d get the best mechanics and up front service from them! Wrong! The deal set ship that rhymes with Bohnson Auto Plaza had me convinced to replace my “leaking” rear shocks and the guys at Bullet explained that just wasn’t true and my shocks were some of the best they’ve seen on a vehicle with 40K miles. Also, when I overpaid for my condenser replacement from the dealership, they bent my horn and it sounded like a high pitched clown horn. Bullet bent back the dealership damaged horn and it works perfectly! If you are tired of the lengthy wait times, high prices, and dishonest diagnosis of your vehicle problems, check out Bullet Automotive on Bridge St in Brighton! They are very professional and to the point and I like that in a mechanic. Extremely honest and upfront with repairs needed. I like that they even send an inspection report and you check of the services you can afford and there is no pressure about fixing other things all at once. I really liked this place. I would also say that being a women I liked that they treated me professionally.
