store is cool, but if I cohld give a 0 star for the online portion I would. since covid happened, I had to place an order online. I paid $33 dollars for shipping so I can get the shoes in 2-3 days max. Couple days in a row I check on the does and it says they haven't been picked up by UPS yet. I also email their customer service each time after seeing the order hasnt been picked up. All I get was the typical wait 3 days here's your shipping number check on UPS website. Told them multiple times that I have been and when the 3rd day comes up they email me saying my order hasn't shipped. Like I didnt already know for days. I demanded my shipping be refunded but my replacement order to have the 2 day shipping applied as sort of complimentary. Nope. Still waiting on confirmation that my replacement order even started. They are pretty incapable online. Pretty sad.
