I was employed by this store back in December of 2021 as a part time worker, I worked for a very short time. Upon my resignation I was never given a check and was told I would be called when my check was ready. As of now JUNE 2022 I have attempted countless times to obtain my check and incessantly I get shut down and reassured my check will turn up next Monday or to call back earlier. As I reside out of state I made a weekend trip in hopes of obtaining my pay after receiving a voicemail from VIOLET after a million missed calls stating she had my check. Upon my arrival STEPHANIA greeted in a peremptory, abrupt way. After explaining I was coming from out of state to pick up the check she claim to have no record of me and to come back Monday. Despite my best attempts of showing her calls and waiting over 30 mins for her to speak to me she said to come back Monday and walked away without letting me address her further. I find this very absurd and wonder how many other people like myself have been mistreated.

All the store is trashed! Toys, clothes, purses on the floor. Children running and opening toys, food, and eating them. People stealing makeup, wallets, etc.

They didn't have what I was looking for and the prices are kind of high for a store that is for less.

Good variety of clothing, large store with lots of customers there at the same time as we were there. Employees were the worst part of my visit. Rude! One treated me as a "potential" thief (if I were to steal, it certainly wouldn't be from a Ross store!) Easy to find, using Google directions.

Pretty crowded, not much selection, and everything seemed unorganized. Didn't see much staff. Only 2 registers open.
