store is cool, but if I cohld give a 0 star for the online portion I would. since covid happened, I had to place an order online. I paid $33 dollars for shipping so I can get the shoes in 2-3 days max. Couple days in a row I check on the does and it says they haven't been picked up by UPS yet. I also email their customer service each time after seeing the order hasnt been picked up. All I get was the typical wait 3 days here's your shipping number check on UPS website. Told them multiple times that I have been and when the 3rd day comes up they email me saying my order hasn't shipped. Like I didnt already know for days. I demanded my shipping be refunded but my replacement order to have the 2 day shipping applied as sort of complimentary. Nope. Still waiting on confirmation that my replacement order even started. They are pretty incapable online. Pretty sad. ~Michael

Saturday I went to buy shoes. Only 1 other customer. The young girl/Cashier immediately started acting moody, rude and did not help with finding wat I needed. I explained that I was confused on the layout of where to find mens and woman’s shoes. She talked to me like I was stupid and I she never said thank you or can I show you. I find many people out and about rude on roads but not when I come to buy something. No smile… no help….no thanks ~Tamara

They are sooo nice!! After going to exchange a table cloth twice because it wasn't the right shape and size finally I found the right ONE!!! Got the placemats too!! 🍃🍂🍁 👍 ~Claudia

Good variety of clothing, large store with lots of customers there at the same time as we were there. Employees were the worst part of my visit. Rude! One treated me as a "potential" thief (if I were to steal, it certainly wouldn't be from a Ross store!) Easy to find, using Google directions. ~Cynthia

(first time customer) I was charged an extra $5 for a mistake one of their employees made while pricing the shoes. The tag said $90 and both the assistant managers told me Hibbett Sports does not adjust their prices despite their mistake. It almost feels as though they purposefully misprice their shoes. They have a $10 discount and a free 2 snacks for subscribing to their alerts but that is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The attitude of one of the female assistant managers makes me not want to return. ~Quennel

As I went in the store I thought it was nice looking and was told hello by the lady behind a counter. As I look through the golf equipment I must have been there somewhere between 18 and 25 minutes and was never spoke to by the fellow who eventually sat behind the counter. I look through the golf shoes and they have a very poor selection and size. As I look through the golf clubs I needed help but I wasn't about to go ask the rude gentleman sitting on his behind. It's just one of those stores I don't ever have to go back to! ~Mark
