Saturday I went to buy shoes. Only 1 other customer. The young girl/Cashier immediately started acting moody, rude and did not help with finding wat I needed. I explained that I was confused on the layout of where to find mens and woman’s shoes. She talked to me like I was stupid and I she never said thank you or can I show you. I find many people out and about rude on roads but not when I come to buy something. No smile… no help….no thanks

Normally the sales associates are helpful and nice, but today, not so much!!! I asked for some help with my coupons on the app and she spoke to me like I was stupid and was very condescending. I wanted to walk out and not purchase anything!!!

I needed a pair of shoes for work. I know they have the non slip there. The employees are horrible not one said hello. There were like 5 in a circle talking on what party was happening that weekend. Manager doesn't know about customer service. She needs to do a better job on training. I really don't like going there horrible service.

First and foremost thank you to the employee that was extremely patient with me, I didn’t catch your name but I hope your manager appreciates you! I’d heard over the radio in store that there was another way to pay(quad pay) and she very quickly helped me understand how to use it. I don’t understand all these negative reviews, the employees were kind and worked in a quick manner. A lot of these bad reviews sound like they come from entitled people. As it is I feel bad cause I was the cause of a line hold up due to my lack of knowledge of how to operate the app but it was less than five minutes and the two customers behind me were two old ladies having a fit cause the service wasn’t “quick”. I wish I had said something honestly. I will always come back here cause of the friendly staff and quick service and I’ll also tell everyone else I know to come here as well! Thank you again!!!

Great shoe store with a large selection and a friendly staff. Only thing they could do better is serve free hot dogs. I love hot dogs. Hot dogs are life.

I had to make a return after I ordered shoes online a size too big. I returned them in-store and the staff was very helpful. It was a difficult return because of the brand of shoe but Assistant Manager Khari made sure it was all done and I was properly refunded, despite the confusing paperwork I had. I appreciate that the staff took the time to figure everything out. A thank you to Isaac and Yolanda for their patience as well!
