Tested for a bad Alternator Saturday, called around, no one had it. Ordered it from O'Reilly's had it sunday and installed it in there parking lot. The staff was super nice and helpful! If I ever break down again in Denver I'll definitely go here first 😂

Worst auto store of all time. I've been here twice and both times i walked out without purchasing due to the line of only two or three people taking over 30 minutes. If one person can't handle the small volume of sales the store does then you need to hire more people.

The young lady behind the counter trying everything not to return my CV axle, I called prior to removing it from my 2012 Mercedes Benz, to check on warranty she first tells me my warranty was up but I had my receipt and then she says oooo 2 months left soooo I bring it in and she Automatically starts trying to pass fault on me and says sir you hit a curb, I informed her if you hit a curb in my Mercedes Benz you probably just wiped out the whole front end,

If you want to be ignored and then yelled at by an eye rolling manager this is the part store for you! Horrible customer service! rude staff! And after reading the reviews sadly it looks like nothing has changed much over the past 5 years. Not sure how Trisha got her position but O'Reilly Auto Parts may want to rethink this one. Today at 10am I was ignored by the manager named Trisha while waiting to checkout for over 3mins (I was the only customer in line) she even looked right at me, I figured maybe she was busy or not ringing up customers but then she took a phone call after she seen me and I wait an other 5mins before asking if some one else was here to help? Trisha rolled her eyes at me and said she had staff outside cleaning the windows and she was on a call and would help after she was done. ( The call came in after I had been patiently waiting) So I waited longer then the nice lady came in and helped me, I asked who the manager was and she pointed to the rude eye rolling lady behind the small desk. I said okay who is her manager? Trisha then put the customer on hold and started yelling at me "MA'AM MY NAME IS TRISHA AND MY MANAGERS NAME IS ON THAT WINDOW AND I DIDN'T ROLL MY EYES AT YOU!!" All as she rolled her eyes again. As I was leaving the store in a calm voice I said looks like somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning maybe you need your morning coffee to feel better ✌️ Never coming here again.

You know this is hands down the best place to get what you need for your vehicle. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. I've seriously never had a bad experience. Sure sometimes they might not have what you need but they always try to get as quickly as possible.

This location has always been reasonable and kind to me. They usually have the parts I need when I need them, and their service is friendly and negotiable. I bought a new sensor for my car, which was defective out of the box, but the team was kind and able to help me get a refund. I will continue to shop at this location!

O'Reilly's is probably the best place to stop if your having car problems and need parts or anything car related. Me and a group of friends were traveling across the US and started having car trouble about halfway through. We stopped in not entirely sure what was even wrong and they where extremely helpful. They came out and helped us figure out the problem and had us on the road within a hour. Highly recommend
