We had a breakdown in our 3500 HD Silverado Sunday evening. Being from Fl we were concerned about being stranded on the road. Walked into dealership around 8:30 spoke to Makayla H. who got us right in and Tech James F. repaired our truck and had us on the road by 2:00 pm. Was extremely happy with quality of service and attention. Many thanks to all who got us back up and running on 7/18/22.

Horrible experience! I went to look at a 2014 Honda Pilot I seen online . The advertisement did not mention it had been wrecked .the back bumper was cracked and the side was dented in but I drove it anyway and offered a fair cash price but the young blonde headed sales guy said the manager wasn’t there but he would get the owner and he lied. It was not the owner. He would not budge on the price so I would not purchase it then when I got ready to leave I realized my phone was missing and I told them it had to be in the vehicle I test drove and he said well I’ll unlock the door and you can look for yourself and he knew I was handicap and couldn’t walk much at all but all the same me and my elderly Dad looked for it in every part of the vehicle but it wasn’t there then I looked again and the door closed on my finger and it broke it and I lost my nail. I started crying and told the sales person what happened and he looked at me and said well it’s not my fault and since you are acting like that I’m not going to help you And I was shocked!!!! He was so rude!!! I never said it was his fault. I was crying in pain needing his help but he refused so a nice lady inside helped me and my phone wasn’t found until the next day . I called and told them my iPad was pinging the phone still at their carlot and the manager said a customer turned it in that day. Which was not so . He said it was found in back seat of the pilot which tells me the sales guy took it on purpose because he sit in the back seat and I looked that car over twice before I left and my Dad did too so that guy took it or found it and kept it for menace because I didn’t purchase. It was the worst experience I’d had ever at a car lot.I might of considered going back if they had not been so rude . That sales guy needs to be taught work ethics and respect and courtesy .and the manager never said anything to me when I picked up my phone. Very rude!

I called the day before my appt to ensure that my tire was on the truck to arrive. I didnt want to drive an hour on my spare tire for nothing. Ibwas tokd that it would be on the truck and ready for me at the following day. When I arrived at 830 am I was then told that the truck my tire was supposed to be on had broke down. No one called to tell me this. If they had I wouldn't habe traveled that day on my spare for an hour. So I was then told it will be on the truck here before noon. I'm am still waiting for this truck and it now 100. They left a message for the driver to see where he is. No return call. Not happy with the service or quickness or customer satifistion from this dealership. They just keep saying it should be here And I dont know where it is. Someone in this dept should have called me and told me the day before that the tire was not in. I'm wasting my whole day here.

Upon arrival for my 9:30 appointment I was advised there would be a delay due to a staff shortage. A bit disappointing, but understandable. I waited in the lounge and the time (about an hour) went by quickly. My service was completed and I can say after having driven the car it's a very noticeable difference! Very happy with Stinnett!! Scott was headed out Saturday evening but gave me a business card. Josh gained a few gray hairs as I’m a pretty tuff customer but he sold me a 2022 truck! He kept the kids occupied even bought them snacks!! Brandon was helpful in finance as I asked 100 questions, Lester was great with the kids too! One of them even blowed up huge balloons. You seem To have a Great sales team besides the rude office lady named Karen.. overall pretty great experience! Thanks!

I went chevrolet.com and used the "Build & Price" function on the website, then I searched inventory, and found that Stinnett Chevrolet had an exact match on the way from Chevrolet. I called and was transferred to the Sales Manager, Mr. Jackson. I asked if the vehicle was available and I was told that it was. I asked what was necessary to hold or reserve the vehicle and I was told $1000. I asked what the bottom line price would be out the door, and I was told that they "could not sell it for the price on Chevrolet's website". I was then told that "they have mouths to feed" and that "dealers in Knoxville are marking up their vehicles $8,000 and $10,000". He gave me the out the door price and it was $5,990 above MSRP, which was the price on chevrolet.com. And the price still was not updated on chevrolet.com. Since this was the first dealership I called, I didn't say to much, thinking that maybe all dealerships are doing this kind of thing. After calling multiple Chevrolet dealerships, I can tell you that this is the only one I found that will not honor MSRP that I have talked with. I called back 5 days later, and talked with Mr. Jackson again, bringing up the fact that he literally raised the price while we were on the phone and that I did not think that was right. His response was "I'm sorry you feel like way". When I asked him how Chevrolet felt about this price gouging, he said "Chevrolet doesn't have vehicles to sell, dealerships do". Obviously, I would recommend finding a different dealership to work with and avoiding this one. It is disappointing that this dealership thinks they can treat people this way. I did let Chevrolet know what occurred and I hope they crack down on it. This is no way to treat people. Below I have posted the current view on chevrolet.com. You can clearly see the mark up there. When I called, the "special price" was not listed.

I wouldn't stop by this place if it was the last place on Earth yeah my first car they sold me was amazing it has lasted me a little bit but when I go in there by my second car and I decided to put a guy below me and he steals it and they tell me there's nothing I can do about it I haven't sent them pictures with my proof of purchase they know I bought the whole car and I asked him to send it to my address and what do they do send it to him I call him today and what they do they tell me there's nothing they can do their joke I wouldn't stop here for the last place on Earth and I'm going to tell everybody and I know a lot of people too they ain't getting no more of my business to my address like I asked I have proof of purchase.
