I have 2 refills on my medicine and they aren't willing to fill them or give me an emergency supply - apparently the employees must be wanting to have 6 months worth of seizure medicine and let me be without - Walgreens is a money racket and a huge joke here in this city ....I am craving a higher intelligence

Apparently there isn't a manager available to deal with a problem with an employee who is treating customers like second class citizens and as soon as i look up the number i will be calling corporate..there is no excuse for treating people in this manner and I think the state should look into this location as well! Update: Thank you to the only pharmacy member who actually cared enough to even try to help and his name is Chris! We appreciate your help today so very much and know that you did everything possible in your position to help and again it was greatly appreciated!!.....As for Victoria you should NOT be dealing with the public at any place or time due to your poor attitude and work ethic...what if everyone told you that it's not their problem when you have any kind of issue anywhere or decided to hang up on you while you were still talking? Whether anyone from corporate sees this complaint on here or not doesnt matter because I will be personally calling corporate in Indiana and going to see if the state of Tennessee will do something about this situation as well..it has gone on for far too long and this is by no means my first complaint about you and others making things more difficult for disabled persons and I think before you ever have this kind of job again that you should be trained to work with the public instead of treating people less than human beings!! As far as the rest of what you specifically said to my fiancee this morning....I hope you're going to be there when we show up in person to file our complaint with the store, corporate and the state of Tennessee!!!

Horrible experience.!! Just left and the boy working the register actually asked me if I needed help out the door!! With sarcasm!! I am a Dasher with door dash and they were out of my customers items. I had customer on phone and door cash customer service on Party line. He was frustrated with me taking up his time in line. Super rude!! And the other older woman who was employee standing close was just as sarcastic.. I'll never step foot in there again!!! Any customer requests for pick up there will be declined also.

The pharmacy is horrible. They act like they are not healthcare workers and a vital part of my well being. They are rude and not helpful. I had a script transferred over because food city was out, BUT THEY WERE OUT TOO. Why take the script? The I had my doctor change it and when I got there they told me they did not take my insurance and it was over 400 for my medication. This over the course of an 8 hour day. When I couldn’t pay she let me take what I could afford, 3 pills cost 50$. I need my medication to function, she made me feel belittled and like my health care was not part of her job

The most unprofessional pharmacist I’ve ever witnessed ! Very rude and not at all helpful. I switched doctors and all of my meds were changed. The doctor had called them in to the Walgreens in Newport. On my way home I called to verify that they had received them and to see if there was any problems. The lady pharmacist got on the phone and began asking me why I switched doctors, who referred me to this doctor, and several other very personal and private questions. She refused to fill them until she spoke with my previous doctor to find out why I left him and ask about why I was referred to this doctor. I told her that I felt that was none of her business and that information was protected by hippa. I hung up and called another Walgreens and there was no problems and they had them ready with no questions or issues. I plan on calling the district or regional manager about this. I have no idea why she acted that way.

The pharmacy seems to be lacking the attitude of servicing the public and short answers n lack of care for the person that they are dealing with. I'm not sure if they are short handed or just got a new crew members that are not meant to work in customer service but if the experience issues that I have been dealing with doesn't improve for the better then I have to say that I along with other members of my family are going to be changing pharmacies because we don't deserve the disrespect we have been getting n the ordeals where they are not getting our orders filled like we have requested n having to wait for some orders to be fixed days at a time. I'm still waiting on a inhaler n foot cream to get filled going on 3weeks for the foot meds and a week for the inhaler to get worked up with my insurance company this pharmacy has went down hill extremely bad in the past 3 to 4 months n it's not something that I look forward to having to deal with anymore to get my meds cause I don't know what to expect when I get to the location will they have a drive thru open or both lanes closed n I have to get out n go in and then deal with the representative not be able to find the meds and wait for 15 or more minutes to wait until they are able to find my order so I can get checked out n be able to leave. This store is needing help or better training to handle the amount of customers that are being brought through the doors and windows to be allowed better service than what I have been getting here lately.

The "Contact Us" link doesn't work on the website so I'm here to say my piece. Backstory- I've been prescribed Adderall XR (generic brand) for over 12 years of my life to treat crippling ADD. 6 of those 12 have been through this Walgreens. Recently, within these last 4 months, they have swapped their generic provider for a version that is a bright orange capsule filled with white beads, instead of the old orange ones. This version doesn't work like the old one. Instead of feeling like an operational part of society, I feel zombified and brain dead. My grades and overall performance of tasks have dropped significantly, I don't feel all that present, and the people around me have noticed as well. I'm not sure what the new version has or lacks but it is NOT the same medication even though the prescription has been the same for years. Since they seem to not really care, I will be swapping my pharmacy provider soon but I thought it was worth informing both the public and Walgr eens of this very serious issue.

I feel sorry for the employees of this store. A relative of mine worked here for almost 2 years and was treated like garbage by the store and pharmacy managers. When I come to pick up my meds the emplyees are always flushed and looking upset, and who could blame them with the workload and unrealistic expectations that are pushed on them. This particular Walgreens has been a let down for years due to poor management in both store and pharmacy. I personally believe that an investigation of some kind needs to happen at this store.
