My wife has severe PTSD and is the sweetest person I have ever known. Today she called the pharmacy to get a legitimate, doctor ordered prescription. When she called the pharmacy she was treated and talked to in the most disrespectful and condescending manner. This has upset my wife and it caused her to have an episode. But the pharmacy wasn't satisfied with that. So they decided to just hang the phone up on her like she didnt even matter. When she called back to complain they all of a sudden got amnesia and tried to make my wife more upset. As a prologue I can tell you that we went to a different pharmacy and the prescription WAS valid and my wife finally obtained her prescription and was treated with respect at a different Walmart pharmacy in another city. We will NEVER shop at the Newport Walmart pharmacy again!!!!! ~Mitsie

What the heck is this? I ordered a thin crust and this is what I got. First they forgot my online order then they did this, really guys? Didn't even cut it, it's more like a Hodgepodge of pizza stuff tossed on a cardboard box. Come on. You can do better than this. This is my third time ordering online with the "build your own" option. All three times were messed up. They do awesome with the hot and ready stuff. ~Fozzy

I have 2 refills on my medicine and they aren't willing to fill them or give me an emergency supply - apparently the employees must be wanting to have 6 months worth of seizure medicine and let me be without - Walgreens is a money racket and a huge joke here in this city ....I am craving a higher intelligence ~Luprenta

This place was amazing. Found a hole in the sidewall of our tire while vacationing in Gatlinburg. This was the nearest place to stop and they were fantastic. Immediately took the tire off and found a solution to get us home safely (all with the kids and dog in the car). Inexpensive and great customer service. Very grateful for these gentlemen! ~Sarah

Upon arrival for my 9:30 appointment I was advised there would be a delay due to a staff shortage. A bit disappointing, but understandable. I waited in the lounge and the time (about an hour) went by quickly. My service was completed and I can say after having driven the car it's a very noticeable difference! Very happy with Stinnett!! Fantastic service with great food. The Woodshed burger is massive with great flavor profiles, bacon Mac and cheese was good (noodles weren't overcooked, not fond of mushy noodles so we were happy, lol) ribs were tender and full of flavor. Never been disappointed from a steak there, either. ~Timothy

This grocery store has amazing prices. Some items aren't priced less than anywhere else though. The staff are all friendly and I try to go here and stock up atleast once a month. I have never gotten anything that was old tasting or out of date. Amazing prices that we need in this day and time. ~Wendy
