After purchasing a recliner and exactly a week it broke . Return it for a new one and you have to pay again for another month. We have purchased multiple items from here. Bit never again will I be double charged for their in warranty items. Never again will I be burned by this company.

Called and tried to do business with the store I Newport and the store in Morristown then received calls from corporate. All the time and effort involved ended up being BS! Does not honor corporate pricing only a franchise store in Newport.suggestion go elsewhere and do not waste your time!

I will fix my review when my laptop is fixed i paid for a laptop here a omen laptop I take it hope and find out the battery is broken. Not happy at all I wanted this for work now I paid for a omen gaming laptop and two days later still no laptop really a seriously makes me very angry so now I'm paying for a laptop that I dont have and can't get a clear answer on when I will have it. I will change my review when my laptop that I paid for is fixed. But I am very unhappy with this my family has purchased and fully payed for a lot of stuff from aarons.

Would leave a zero star if possible. Called needing a riding mower and welling to pay what whatever need be. Same day delivery I call BS!!! I was even willing to bring proof of address and still could not pick it my self. How do you calm same day delivery then refuse to do so. False advertising at its best!!!!

Been waiting over 2 years to get my refrigerator repaired (after I paid it off) Samantha isn't helpful at all, she acts like it's coming out of her pocket to fix it. I won't buy anything else from them as long as she's there. She was hateful the last time I went in to ask about my refrigerator. Would not get in touch with store manager or wouldn't give me corporates number

Very nice way to own top brand stuff. Somewhat reasonable monthly and bi-weekly payments. Hundred and twenty days same as cash is nice. If you keep the merchandise for the entirety of the lease it will be kind of pricey. In some cases double the cash price.
