I would just like to say every time I go to Lowe’s the staff is always so helpful & customer service is still available! That means a lot & why I will not go to the Depot store down the road, thank you Lowe’s in Alcoa ! Also some of the negative reviews look like needy people , maybe they should just help themselves & not rely on everybody else ! Lowe’s does a great job at taking care of the customers

This is my go-to Home Improvement store but I also visit the Orange store when Lowe's may not have an item in stock. Recently, Lowe's didn't have a post driver in stock... It is one of the metal 3" diameter drivers usually used for metal posts. Either way, I prefer Lowe's over the competition. The store has a better aesthetic for shopping. The staff have always been knowledgeable from the lumber to plumbing departments. I was there earlier this week to buy a new washer. The associate was polite and professional as any of them should be. The associate also wheeled the appliance to our vehicle a minute or two after we had paid for it at the front register. I have worked in retail before and I like how Lowe's runs their store. The associates make it a great place for any project.

We have always been very happy with this Lowe's location. The service and cleanliness have always been superb. Any interaction that I've had with employees and all of the managers have been great. Last night we were in there to buy some chlorine and spoke to a manager Wayne for some assistance on questions that I had. He went above and beyond looking online and helping me figure out my concerns. Again good service is hard to come by nowadays so it is important when we acknowledge it. Again Wayne thank you! And we will be back in the near.

Met a nice female worker who offered to get me a cart as I looked at Honda gas mowers. Also a nice male employee came over to talk to me and encourage me to consider EC electric mowers. I bought the Honda. It started right up on first pull when I got it home. Yes!

I'm very happy with the service at the store from Chuck and the delivery. I ordered all the appliances for my kitchen at Lowe's in Alcoa. The guys (wish I would of got their names) that delivered the refrigerator and stove were friendly and helpful. Mr Blakemore delivered the dishwasher and microwave to install and he was awesome, he did a great job!!! I so believe that people need to be credited and "acknowledge when they do a great job"!!!! Thank you all!!!

called 3 x , never got through. visited twice, first time spoke to the general manager, all in the same day. Left my card, asking for a call back from LANDON, never got one. Ended up calling regional and got some reasonable answers. Still haven't heard from LANDON, and don't really care now.

Very poor customer service. Purchased 350 sq ft of ceramic tile. 1..had to go from the very back of the store to the outside just to find a cart. 2.. two employees just standing around talking and didn’t offer to assist. Actually commented about the work we were gonna have and that the tile looked good. Didn’t matter that we were struggling to push it up to the register. 3..the cashier was very nice and said she would get us help loading it after I asked her. There was a big strong looking employee standing up front and saw us taking it out. No offer to help. 4..my husband got the truck and we waited but no help. We then began loading and I saw them standing inside. The same employee walked out as we were putting the last 3 boxes in the truck.

Last week I stood around for 40 min trying to get someone to help me get a nail gun. When I went and got a ladder n got it myself someone pops up to scold me for using the ladder. Yesterday I went and got some butcher block countertops and cast iron sink. Tried to get someone to help load it but no luck. This place has the most awful customer service I have ever seen! They only want to use one register. Go to home depot down the road. Way better service and the employees there's actually assist you

My mother purchased a stove and refrigerator from Store 0638 (Alcoa) on 5/31/2022. She was told that the 2 items would be delivered on 6/8/2022. She called the store around 930 that night because the items were not delivered. She was told they would be delivered the next day. On 6/10/2022, she went back to the store in person and was told that her purchase would be delivered on 6/11/2022. When the stove and refrigerator were delivered after 6pm, the refrigerator and stove were both damaged and they did not have the correct cord for the stove. The refrigerator was too damaged to be accepted and we had to go to the store to get the correct cord for the stove. The driver told her the refrigerator would be reordered when he got it back to the store on 6/13/2022 or 6/14/2022. On 6/15/2022 when she had not heard from them, she went back to the store in person. The refrigerator was in the clearance/scratch & dent section for sale and there was no record of it being reordered for her. She left the store with the understanding that she would have one by 6/22/2022. Due to the problems we had already encountered, I went to the store to verify this on 6/17/2022. I was told that he did not know when they would be getting her the refrigerator she had purchased and could not sell her the display. The store associate spoke with my Mom on the phone at that time and informed her he would call the distribution center and call her back that day with the date that she would have her refrigerator. We did not receive a call that day. It is now July 2, 2022 and we have not heard from him yet. I do not feel that 1 star is deserved at this point. This is very disappointing because normally I prefer Lowe's for any home improvement needs that we have.

We bought a new refrigerator from this location and Chris helped us explore all of our options, find available models, and was so knowledgeable about the products. He turned a potentially stressful situation into a fun and exciting experience for us. Can't say enough good things about the customer service he provided!
