Vickie and Tiffany are so patient and helpful, it always a pleasant experience, basically the only Bank Of America that I deal with

Walked into this branch around 1pm on a Friday and was refused help by a notary because I didn't have an appointment. There was literally no one else waiting. It takes 5 minutes, if that, to have a form notarized. The notary was just lazy. It's unfortunate.

I usually have no problems going to this location for change but your teller Alama was very rude. As she was counting out the money she is slamming it very hard on the counter. I asked what her problem was and she said it was just rolls and continue slamming the rolled coins. She is very rude and should not be a teller if she doesn’t want to service the customer. If I could have gave no stars I would have!!!!!!

This location is rude and needs customer service training. Especially the tall lady with brown hair and glasses. I don’t know if she is a manager but she’s rude.

BOFA as a whole isn’t a bad bank, but this location sucks. The branch manager May have been doing her job for 20 years but she lacks the ability to follow through on helping her customers/clients in addition the market manager has terrible customer service as well.

This BOA is by far the worst branch I ever been to. The teller (younger slim African American) would not help me for anything. I guess because there was only her behind the glass... but I get paid with an online bank card, and Bank of America is free & closer to my job so I been there prior one time before to get a cash advance of $500 which I did (by an middle eastern man) the next time I went the woman was my teller and told me the machine was down... the 3rd time I went I got the same woman, and she went thru the process and told me I had to have a boa account to do the cash advance and that she couldn’t do it and said they changed there rules... I explained to her that I always went to a BOA and never had this issue. And she kept on about how she couldn’t do it... so I was upset because I get off work at 330 and don’t have time to drive 2 minutes to try and make it to another branch that will... All in all customer service isn’t bad but they’re lazy when they’re short staffed and end of day... I told her I would never be back there and they both (manager on duty) and slim woman said ok as if they didn’t care to lose a potiential customer... BOA on Dickerson pike near the autozone is complete and utter joke... but what can you expect from a bank located on one of Nashville’s worst ghetto road

I signed up online with bank of america. I was sent my account information, bank card and checks. About to make a HUGE deposit and I couldn't because my access was denied. I called customer service and they said because I had an account with them previously that I closed they didn't want to keep the relationship. LOL I laughed and hung up in chicks face. I could barely understand a word she was saying. This bank is geared more towards hispanics which is ok but if your black or white you should keep it moving somewhere else. Their service is terrible and a joke. I closed my account because they kept freezing my bank card. I traveled a lot so I made purchases from San Diego to Chicago to New York and sometime major cities in the same day. They can kick rocks as far as I'm concerned! Couldn't give a zero so I guess one will have to work.

I would give it a negative number if I could. I went in and Ron Doyle refused to assist without an appointment in an EMPTY bank. Came in 10 min prior to 10am last Friday. Ron assured me no one could help with a real quick process because there was a 10 am appt scheduled. (Keep in mind I've done this process many times and it is extremely quick.) After that I waited to deposit a check with a teller, while in the process he walked up to her and tells her to screenshot my account in her ear. After she tells me the only way she can deposit my check is if I fill out a form and get to the back of the line again I end up just cashing it. This may be a new policy but it should be made clear prior to waiting extended amounts of time in line. I've never had to fill out a paper to deposit a check in my account. As I'm cashing my check now since I cannot deposit it, I turn to see Ron Doyle sitting on the couch. Apparently he is too busy to have someone help me, but he needed to sit down and rest?! After I finish it is a approx 10:10-1015 and the 10am appt still has not arrived and Ron Doyle refuses to allow and personal bankers assist me. I then leave and he proceeds to follow me out to my car!!! He's yelling at me saying things like "do you want us to close your account right now?" "We will be happy to close your account right now." I end up breaking down in tears. I have so much going on that this was the breaking point. I've never felt like such dirt and treated so poorly by a company. I'm disgusted.

Been to this location several times. Always walked out wanting to cancel my banking with them. Would inquire about different things and always ended up speaking to same guy. He was more concerned with how professional he look in his suit than what I had to say. I would be talking and just watch his eyes drift to whatever was going on behind me and then began to not even hear anything I was saying. This guy looks like he should go back to cologne in the middle of the mall. I did not feel like my bank cared for me or my finiacial needs.

Wow one teller at 9:30 am, 15 people in line ,no drive through, three other employees hiding in cubicles pretending to work. When asked to get a second teller to open a window, was ignored.. YOU SUCK Bank of NOT America..
