I don't know why this BofA location has bad reviews, the customer service here is top-notch! I spoke with all three of the employees who were on site this morning, where they were all so friendly, and quick to assist me. They helped me out with multiple complicated needs, and they also gave me great advice on the steps to take in the future should these situations come up. I plan on returning here regularly. Walked into this branch around 1pm on a Friday and was refused help by a notary because I didn't have an appointment. There was literally no one else waiting. It takes 5 minutes, if that, to have a form notarized. The notary was just lazy. It's unfortunate. ~Anna
