9 Best atm in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Out of all the branches I’ve been to this by far the worst on my list. During the Covid19 shutdown, they were the slowest to serve customers. I almost closed my bank accounts. After visiting other branches I realized that this one is just way below expectations. ~Sonia

Vicky here leaving a review on my husband's account. My Mom and I went into this branch today to have a couple of documents notarized. We normally go to the one in Mount Juliet, but this one was more convenient today. We were warmly greeted by Toni. She was so helpful and very professional, conscientious and efficient. We've been with Wilson Bank since moving here almost four years ago and highly recommend them! ~Hrayr

I’ve been in and out of the Kentucky and Tennessee area for the last 4 years and this is by far the worst Thornton’s I’ve even been in. The place was a mess - during covid no less- the fridges were empty and all the food looked stale. The young lady behind the counter was either on the phone or having an aggressive conversation with herself but clearly she was too in either to actually communicate the sale or pay attention to me. Good thing I was only getting a bottle of water- left the money on the counter and walked out! ~Greg

The worst bank I have ever banked with. No statements, no communications/alerts from bank via mail/email/text; but they kept deducting money from account. When called and enquired, very inconsiderate response from employees and managers. The bank is anyways highly outdated with technology etc, so hard to do online banking anyways. Stay away from this bank! ~Naga

Synovus HELOC is the best on the market! Jamie Jackson at the Green Hills branch made it super easy! Very quick to process the access funds, app is user friendly. ~steven

Horrible experience with this Branch today with their manager Cory Chang - Green Hills Hobbs Road. Visited the bank and received printout of my balance. I was off 100 dollars from previous deposit in March 2022. Cashier said was due to a payment. Went home and calculated and still 100 off. Called branch…no one answered. Called branch again….no one returned my call. Soooo I drove back to branch and talked with cashier who helped me and he could not figure it out. Cashier went to his Manager Cory Chang who did not help him understand. I went thru the process again with cashier who went to Cory Chang again. Cory finally came out with lots of words and no explanation. I went thru process again. Cory stood there for a few minutes and said …oh….you get 100 dollars credit now with Truist with deposits. This is the new policy for Truist that you should have read. He said “it was on Your deposit slip of available credit and your should have known this”. I said …”your cashier did not know this or he would have explained it to me and it took you several minutes to come up with this answer”. When a business starts degrading customers with the words “ you should have” …..it does not make for a happy customer. Lot of wasted time on my part with phone calls and driving back to the bank to get a simple answer. ~Patsy

I like Pinnacle but from 1pm to 5pm during the week the drive through has over 10 cars. This office is drive through only during phase 2 and even phase 3. Please require masks and open the bank. I am considering switching banks because of this. Distancing is important but I ate lunch at a restaurant today, I’m not gonna eat or drink in bank. Open your doors. ~James

Dangerous place, you will be approached by crack heads... Hard to believe gas pumps could be so dirty that I was repulsed from touching them! Put in my debit card, waited for three minutes... The display said "Waiting for cashier approval"... Fine, maybe the cashier is busy and it's the debit card slowing me down... Tried two other cards, same thing. Wasted ten minutes, didn't even get any gas. Avoid this filthy dangerous dump. Hard to get in and out of, too. ~Tommy
