5 Best sandwich shop in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2025

Nice and clean interior with coffee bar, Beer Cave, and "Guest Rooms" (not rest rooms). Didn't get to try the coffee, but the guest rooms were OK and the beer cave had popular beers, though with limited craft options. ~Chad

My experience ordering at this location was very unpleasant. I felt rushed when the CSR took my order. The CSR sounded very rude and the manager this morning did not sound like she wanted to hear my complaint. My food was RE FRIED NOT FRESH AT ALL. It instantly made me vomit after eating 4 of the nuggets. I would not recommend this location at all. I have lived in this area for years and never had a pleasant experience at this location. I’ve been in and out of the Kentucky and Tennessee area for the last 4 years and this is by far the worst Thornton’s I’ve even been in. The place was a mess - during covid no less- the fridges were empty and all the food looked stale. The young lady behind the counter was either on the phone or having an aggressive conversation with herself but clearly she was too in either to actually communicate the sale or pay attention to me. Good thing I was only getting a bottle of water- left the money on the counter and walked out! ~Greg

I had the rotisserie chicken footlong with everything except pickles. I was very disappointed! I have small hands and I could almost touch my fingers together it was so thin. I felt cheated on ingredients including chicken for almost $12. They need to replicate their pictures. I felt like the bait and switch. ~Review
