Placed order for pickup..6" steak n cheese. The bag had sauce on it, bread was burnt. More bread than meat. Sandwich was NOT wrapped in subway paper as other Subways do but was placed inside brown bag.. So much for lunch..TRASHED IT..1st and last time ordering from this location!!!!!!!!!!

RUDE! RUDE!! RUDE!!! Don't waste your dime or time on this place. Do yourself a favor and go to the Subway in Park Place or Jersey Mike's on Rosa Parks. Both are in close proximity. The quality of food and customer service is worth the short drive.

I just ordered online & I told my husband to pick up on the way hone. 5 minute drive from my house & subs were Cold, never were heated up. Very sloppy & minimal toppings. I tried calling several times & they either pick up & hang up or a fax machine picks up. NEVER will I ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN

Great place to eat if you want to be yelled at while your eat your minimally topped sandwich with the only napkin they will give you. Also no water so bring your own or buy a water bottle... cdx h

Wow. Just.......wow.......why would you cut a 6 inch sandwich in half?!?!?! This was by far the messest meal I've ate from subway. I ordered a 6 inch on flatbread ......as I'm paying she cut my sandwich in half without me noticing. I didn't notice til I got back to my jobsite. And to top this place off I'm pretty sure they had bullet proof glass up. I would've went to Wendy's across the street but them mfs had the door locked and I called and asked em why is the door locked they tell me "we ain't got nobody to work the front counter". I guess it's just Jefferson st....all the businesses on that road are trash.

I avoid this Subway if at all possible. They are rude and get upset over the simplest of things. From asking for extra napkins, or even paying separate for 2 orders they will get an attitude. Go to the one on Metro Center or Charlotte Ave. Thank me later.

One of the better subways around! Bread is always warm and fresh, veggies are cold and crisp & cookies bake all day long! Workers are always smiling and friendly and don't push for extra charges!

Indian woman behind the counter was loudly conversing with another employee in her native language and was shouting. Very very poor customer service and my food was made very sloppy and with minimal toppings. I normally would have simply asked for more but she was already visibly angry so I didn't dare.
