I love Vinyl Tap! This place has great music, drinks, vinyls, and atmosphere! Shop vinyls while you sip on The Queen's Gambit or craft beer! They have live events all week long from local songwriters to DJs! And their turntable cover is an amazing!! ~Cortney

My experience ordering at this location was very unpleasant. I felt rushed when the CSR took my order. The CSR sounded very rude and the manager this morning did not sound like she wanted to hear my complaint. My food was RE FRIED NOT FRESH AT ALL. It instantly made me vomit after eating 4 of the nuggets. I would not recommend this location at all. I have lived in this area for years and never had a pleasant experience at this location. I thought after not going for a long time that the experience would be better. I was wrong! Please have the owner fix this issue. You can contact me through email. ~destiny

Every time I come here for anything EXCEPT breakfast, the order is wrong. Ordered three different meals: a $5 Biggie Bag with a Fanta Strawberry; a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with no tomato, add cheese, with a Dr. Pepper; a Hot Honey Chicken with no bacon, add cheese with a Strawberry Lemonade; and two Frostys, one chocolate, one vanilla. Person at the window attempted to hand me FIVE DRINKS in ONE TRAY CONTAINER, after asking me if I needed one (there's just myself and one other adult in the car, so it should be obvious we need a drink holder). Once the food came out, I checked it all before leaving the line and realized all three sandwiches were wrong. After finally getting the attention of the young lady at the window, I explained the problem, she apologized, took the food back, told the Manager we wanted fresh food and promptly threw the sandwiches away. Manager said to the young lady "Why did you throw them away, I wasn't finna make em again". This was after he came to the window with the missing cheese for the sandwiches (I guess we were supposed to add that ourselves), along with bacon and tomato although I specifically asked for NO BACON OR TOMATO on either of the combo meals. After the manager stormed off, he yelled something at the young lady who then asked me to pull up to wait to get my food so they could keep the line moving. Manager comes out in less than 3 minutes with a big smile and a bag of food, hands it to me, tells me to have a nice night. I check again before leaving: he gave me the EXACT SAME SANDWICHES OUT OF THE GARBAGE. I know they were the same sandwiches because they were all trashed and there was onion pieces hanging off of the wrappers (none of our sandwiches had onion). Someone pulled SOME of the bacon off, but clearly left plenty, pulled the tomato off the other sandwich, but you can see the juice on the bread. Still no cheese to be found though. $30 worth of food, 30 minutes worth of time, all wasted. When I tried to get back in line to have the issue corrected, there were over 15 cars ahead of me, one of which was yelling at the window because HIS order was wrong too. I believe the name of the manager is Brandon or something to that effect. He is the WORST human being I have had the displeasure of encountering in some time. If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. Do not waste your time or your money. Go elsewhere. ~Administrative

Amazing appetizers! I got the sliders as my meal, with a side of house made chips that have great flavor. My friend got the tater tot fondue as her meal and those were amazing! My fiance got himself the West Texas burger that had plenty of flavor and spice. Overall great food, lots of beverage choices, and excellent service! ~SavingApanda

Awesome tacos. Awesome food. Prices are decent. The fish taco was my favorite, and the nashville hot chicken was spicier than expected (in a good way). Beans and corn were great as well. We came here for a little birthday celebration & were greeted warmly from our waiter. Our drinks & eats were yummy, too (spicy blueberry margarita and strawberry basil lemonade cocktail) and stuffed artichokes. What brings this rating down is how we felt we were treated after deciding, & telling our waiter, we were not going to eat dinner here. We were then not checked in on or brought our bill for an extended period of time, even someone different came to take our plates and glasses rather than our waiter. The overall atmosphere, music and menu were wonderful, but we did not sense the southern hospitality the latter half of our stay. ~Melissa

I had the rotisserie chicken footlong with everything except pickles. I was very disappointed! I have small hands and I could almost touch my fingers together it was so thin. I felt cheated on ingredients including chicken for almost $12. They need to replicate their pictures. I felt like the bait and switch. ~Review
