Placed app order. When I arrive I’m told their computers are down they can only serve breakfast. That’s the first lie. Then I’m told if I wait ten minutes for the computers they’ll be able to see and make my order. That’s lie #2. After 10min they tell me that they’re only serving breakfast. That breakfast hours start at 3:00 a.m. LIE #3. So I’m trying to figure out how to cancel my app order since I’m not going to receive it. I start honking my horn at the window to question these lies I’ve been fed, and they just refused to even acknowledge me, so I drove off cause I’m in no mood to get locked up cause all these lazy, worthless fast food workers in my neighborhood just want to get paid for doing the least work possible. I would love for Kroger's &/ or Wally World to go back to being open 24hrs so I could just feed my self.

Ordered a DQP combo. The burger was from the previous day. It was half fell apart in the box, reheated and the bun was hard. My drink was mostly water. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The only reason I could possibly see me coming back here is because it’s close. Not one time has my food been correct, or has anyone been remotely kind towards me during my whole process here. Just today the line through the drive thru was in the street, so we parked to order inside. About 4-5 employees walking around, sitting, or talking, and not working on fixing the congestion issue in their drive thru or the leak coming from the fountain drink station running across the entire floor. We used the kiosk to order and got our cups (after having to flag someone down since they seemed to avoid eye contact with anyone at the counter needing help) to fill with a fountain drink. The Dr. Pepper was out of syrup, which is understandable sometimes, but not when the lobby is empty of customers. So we opted for different drink options. Both of them were flat, and after some testing, so were all the fountain drinks. When we went to tell someone and ask for a solution, the only thing we got was attitude and a “I don’t know” (this was a manager). Frustrated, we just got the sweet tea. When we finally got our food we booked it out of there to avoid having to be near this place any more, but when I opened my food, it was completely wrong. It’s like they purposefully looked at what the order was, and decided to do their own thing, then slapped the sticker on there just to put something out. The previous time we encountered this location, my wife was forgotten about after being told to pull forward, then given the wrong thing after about 30 minutes of waiting. This place needs to update their list of employees, because clearly there is a mismanagement issue here. Will avoid this place in the future at all costs.

They typically mess up orders, they do not answer the phone if you try to call. These issues have persisted for years. At this point its simply bad management and poor employment. Would not recommend anyone to go here for food, the Burger King, or Zaxby's down the street are better options. They should replace this McDonalds with a Shake Shack or something to be honest.

Obviously it's been a while since I've gotten breakfast from McDonald's, because the last time I ordered a chicken biscuit the chicken was not the same as the chicken that comes on a McChicken Sandwich. Notice!!!! McDonald's that is not a breakfast chicken for a biscuit. I expect my chicken to be juicy with each bite not feeling like I need to take Tums or an antacids prior to my meal. Definitely disappointed and not worth the money!!!! 🤢#🐔 isn't real!!! #bringbackreal🐔

Oh my gosh this place is amazing. We pulled into the right-side drive-thru lane with 6 cars in front of us in our lane alone. The girl taking orders once it was our turn was friendly and professional but you could tell she really knew what she was doing. One of us wanted Mac Sauce on a cheeseburger and she made it happen. Our order was correct on the screen the first time. When we got to the window to pay we could see she was stressed and probably understaffed. The line was moving so slow but the orders were getting pumped out. When we got to the second window the guy there got us our drinks and checked the bag one last time. All of our food was in it. Even the ketchup for fries and the hot mustard for the nuggets. I'll never forget the guy either. He was wearing a Christmas staff shirt. It had Christmas tree bulbs on it. I thought it was cool because here we are in the middle of May and this guys rock'n the Christmas Spirit. These were the only two people we could see during the experience and they were making it all happen. Whomever else was back there we think you with all our hearts. We just had family fly in from Phoenix and they were hungry. This McDonald's was the only place we found open during our drive home. Then while driving the rest of the way home we passed another McDonald's and that drive-thru was way packed also.

Breakfast order took 20 minutes, only started after I asked about it 10 minutes after purchase. Young female employees were very rude, unprofessional, even threatening. Their behavior was racially motivated. The manager, however, handled the matter professionally. Food was normal. On a subsequent trip the next day I was shorted a sandwich, but the poor service made me decide to forgo the sandwich and stop patronizing this establishment. I suggest you do the same. I promise you deserve better.

My experience ordering at this location was very unpleasant. I felt rushed when the CSR took my order. The CSR sounded very rude and the manager this morning did not sound like she wanted to hear my complaint. My food was RE FRIED NOT FRESH AT ALL. It instantly made me vomit after eating 4 of the nuggets. I would not recommend this location at all. I have lived in this area for years and never had a pleasant experience at this location. I thought after not going for a long time that the experience would be better. I was wrong! Please have the owner fix this issue. You can contact me through email.
