Always helpful, nice staff. Worst part is the parking lot, extremely small and right next to the highway. But the staff is knowledgeable on their jobs

Best customer service I have had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, Sharon said, “Are you Brenna?”. She did a very good job letting me know what I needed to transfer my license plate to PA. Jess also did a wonderful job making sure I was getting the best out of my membership without over pricing. Very happy:)

Sharon and Wendy were fantastic. I cannot say enough positive things about them. We dealt more with Sharon and she remembered speaking with me over the phone about 10 days prior. Sharon has 20+ years of experience, knows her stuff and it clearly shows. She's great. I made the mistake of not going to AAA first when transferring the title of a vehicle. The other place did not proof the title and the errors made were filed with Harrisburg. What to do?... Sharon corrected the errors with patience, personality and a detailed explanation of what went wrong. Sharon and Wendy even went out of their way to make a few phone calls regarding my issue. Who does that any more?... Answer, Sharon and Wendy. It was a financial lesson learned not going to AAA initially as I lost money by using an inferior service. Won't make that mistake again. AAA of LBG is the place. Huge thumbs up!!!
