I tried going in tuesday and was told the wait time was gonna be like 20 minutes and there were 2 girls working but only 1 girl with the green hair was taking all the clients. I don't know how they expect to keep clients if only 1 girl is doing all the work.

I had great haircuts here! Not today though, I checked in online and drove to the location. I arrived at 1:39pm and there was a sign “be back @2:20 pm”. 2:26pm comes and the door is finally unlocked. 7 people in the parking lot trying to get haircuts with only one person working.

The stylists were miserable. I would love to leave her name but she never introduced herself. My sons haircut is horrible on top of it. It is so uneven and not blended.

I have been seeking a hair stylist who participates in the style. She listened and made suggestions based on parts, cowlicks, texture... I have not had such a great cut, that I can style, in years. I will certainly be back. Service: Haircut

I checked in online but had to wait 30 mins after arrival because there was a single employee in the store at 5:45 pm. My haircutter was personable and pleasant, but the top of my haircut was shorter than I prefer. I plan to go back.

Not happy at all. The actual haircut tool less than 10 minutes, and looked terrible! Mind you, I did go when they were having their "great haircut sale", so maybe it is true that you get what you pay for, but wow. I know I could do better myself, and that says a lot. I won't be going back. Both times I was there I was highly disappointed.

Came in for a dry trim and Skye did a great job! My hair felt and looked great and she really took her time. My fiancé also comes here regularly and loves it! We will keep coming back!

I had Sage cut all my hair. When I got there, the other beautician working at the time and Sage said the cut I wanted wasn't right for me. They showed me pictures of other cuts too. Then I specifically asked her to cut it like I originally wanted it done so I could at least see how it would work for myself. She agreed to cut it like the picture. The hair in the picture had very long sideburns and was a uniform cut otherwise. The first thing she did was cut my sideburns very short and then cut my hair around my ear. I made a comment about that's not how I wanted them and she said it would look fine after she layered it. In the end, she gave me a ridiculous cut, that is exactly nothing like I asked her to do. It is short in patches, longer on one side at the top, the hair around my left ear is longer than the otherside, etc. It looks like I gave my daughter a pair of scissors and let her chop away. I'm going somewhere else to have them fix it and I will never go to Great Clips again and I'm letting everyone know what a terrible experience I had. If you are being paid to preform a service, you should do as the customer asks and not whatever it is you feel would be best for them.

Wendy was my stylist. There was miscommunication on all fronts, depsite other stylists at different locations being able to perform better cuts from the same slip. Namely, my hair was cut significantly shorter than I wanted. She frequently touched her hips to my back in a forceful way that made me extremely uncomfortable. She added gel without asking me and did not clean my hair of cut hair. She said repeatedly during the process that she loved the haircut. When I saw it, I told her that it was not my style and was dissatisfied with the haircut. She then told me again that she liked the haircut and thought it suited me. It does not. If you're looking for a new style without your permission, please come to this location.
