Review
I had the rotisserie chicken footlong with everything except pickles. I was very disappointed! I have small hands and I could almost touch my fingers together it was so thin. I felt cheated on ingredients including chicken for almost $12. They need to replicate their pictures. I felt like the bait and switch.

Hardly give you any meat, I ordered a 6 inch an I got 2 pieces of meat. Other subways are better and more generous. Who wants to eat a sandwich mainly just bread and toppings? This is not my first time it happened.

I only had to give it a star so I could comment. Close this place down. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I had to resort to Pizza Hut slash taco bell which is weird in even saying that. But I also have to say that the Pizza Hut and Taco Bell people were very nice and helpful. The personal pans are great but I preferred the food court before COVID.

First, I Never complain about any restaurant! I’m not really sure if there is a manager in this place or even if they care about the incredible lack of professionalism after 5. I walked up and one of the employees was having an argument on his cellphone using profanity….loudly I might add while serving customers. I was extremely appalled by these actions in a hospital of all places. He couldn’t even concentrate on my order (throwing ingredients carelessly on my sandwich,) from yelling at whoever. Also, may I say he Never even changed gloves!! Rude, unprofessional, and obviously not in desperate need to keep his job with those actions. I hope changes be made soon. Won’t be dining here again and that’s awful to say about Subway

I had to tell the staff to change gloves. They touch their face and nose constantly. Handle money and fix your sandwich at the same time. Will not eat here. Even had a dirty rag and witnessed them fix another customer sandwich. No thank you.Disgusting

The food was fine but the employee who helped me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We will be inpatient with our baby a lot over the next several months and will definitely avoid Subway. I never write google reviews but if I managed this Subway, I’d want to know how poor the service is in order to take action.

My daughter brought me a 6 inch ham sub and it was delicious! She and my grand daughter were inside Vandy and brought lunch. It was the best sub I've ever had from Subway

Very rude and disrespectful wanted to argue about a chopped salad doesn’t wear their mask correctly.... to be in a hospital they need to step it up this is unacceptable!!!!!!

For being in a hospital you would thank it would be ok. But no it isn't. Our subs we order was awful and the ones making them wouldn't even listen to what we told them we wanted. So I ordered a tuna on flatbread with shredded cheese and mayo and then the both said would you like it heated or toasted and I said no I wanted it cold. So they said ok then they just decided to put it in the toaster oven thing and left it for like 5mins pulled it out burnt and the tuna was even burned and it was hard as a rock. I said I wanted it cold and they said sorry and would not remake it. The other sub was a meatball subs and they just went through and started putting stuff on it that we didn't even ask for and wouldn't even fix it right. The messed up thing is we had to pay befor they made our subs so we where stuck with them. With them not remaking or a refund. So we will never be eating here again. And we are at this hospital staying all the time due to our child's health condition. The only thing that was worth eating and that we ate was the chips and drinks

Attempted to order a footlong sandwich. I wanted mayo only on half and I was told no. He said if I wanted mayo only on half that he would have to charge me for two 6in subs instead of one footling. There are only so many choices inside the hospital. I've never had a pleasant experience at this location. I gave it another shot out of necessity but never again. It seems very difficult for them to be friendly.
