Best breakfast restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

My experience ordering at this location was very unpleasant. I felt rushed when the CSR took my order. The CSR sounded very rude and the manager this morning did not sound like she wanted to hear my complaint. My food was RE FRIED NOT FRESH AT ALL. It instantly made me vomit after eating 4 of the nuggets. I would not recommend this location at all. I have lived in this area for years and never had a pleasant experience at this location. I thought after not going for a long time that the experience would be better. I was wrong! Please have the owner fix this issue. You can contact me through email. ~destiny

I asked the owner to explain to my children why he closed his playground and he said due to COVID. He said corporate gave him a choice and he chooses fear. Time to get a new owner at this location. Don’t support businesses that keep COVID alive please. At some point we have to protect our children and open the world back up again. ~Greg

I’ve been in and out of the Kentucky and Tennessee area for the last 4 years and this is by far the worst Thornton’s I’ve even been in. The place was a mess - during covid no less- the fridges were empty and all the food looked stale. The young lady behind the counter was either on the phone or having an aggressive conversation with herself but clearly she was too in either to actually communicate the sale or pay attention to me. Good thing I was only getting a bottle of water- left the money on the counter and walked out! ~Greg
