14 Best gas station in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Worst place I have ever stopped. There was no soap in the bathroom and water all over the floor. EBT machine was down and none of the drinks were cold. NEVER go here, ever ~Abdullah

Did a 10 hr here 🚛 This place stays full! If you plan on staying here, then you need to buy a reserved spot hours in advance. Don’t wait till you get there, because chances are they are sold out. There is security guard that goes around and checks to make sure people have paid. There is no pull up lane when getting fuel. There is a Charley’s sub restaurant inside. Their hours have changed, so if it’s a weekend or past 7pm don’t get your hopes up to eat there. If you are up for a walk there are many places near by for food. It’s so close to down town you could even Uber eats food to your truck. They did not have anything in the hot box for dinner or breakfast, but there were a few cold items out. They sell beer 🍺 There are not many places to walk your dog. There is a small dog park near the scales. There is also a small patch of grass behind the store in the corner. 🐾🐶 They have a lounge with 2 massage chairs and 2 game machines. There are homeless people walking around. If you can get parking this is a nice place considering it’s so close to downtown. 🚛 I would come here again. ~Brittany

If I could give this person a negative star, I would. I pull up and she’s sitting outside smoking a cigarette. It’s 1:50am, me and my boyfriend walk in for snacks and cigarettes. She walks in minutes later and tells us not only is her register closed, but we have to self check out everything. We check out our snacks, and forgot we need cigarettes. My boyfriend walks to the car, another customer goes to the other self check out after he had already waited 5 minutes or more in front of the regular register, to get this employee to accept his d.o.b. I stayed behind to get cigarettes. An elderly gentleman walked in front of me, clearly not knowing how to use to the self check out and walked to the front of the register, where said employee started counting down her drawer. Making this poor man wait, she told him she would ring him up. Why not the rest of us? Other man got his beer, I never got my cigarettes, and I have no idea if the elderly gentleman ended up getting his ice cream. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. And she had no explanation and said nothing. We went to another gas station down the road to finish our purchase. And every customer in there complained. ~Laura

Dangerous place to shop. Homeless everywhere and even worse at night. So bad mini mall next door had to hire Cavalry Security Officers to run them off from the mall, but they come right over here to the Mapco store. I watched it happen more than once. 3 got into a fight in the Mapco lot and it spilled over into the mini mart parking and the Cavalry security Officer ran them all off in different directions. Bathrooms have not worked for some time. When they did, toilets were always stopped up because of the homeless using them. Don't ever eat there unless its packaged food. The drink and food bars are filthy because of the homeless in there using them. No telling what they touched. Just not safe. Not a safe place to use. They need to hire one of those Cavalry Security Officer from the mall next door to keep these people run off from inside and outside the store. That would make a difference. It seems to work for the mall next door. ~dwc4343

Who owns this trash gas station??? I live down the street and EVER TIME I go here (which is frequently), or should I say TRY to go here, they have a sign on the door that they are closed. The employees are LAZY and I've actually had one tell me that he closes the place hours early bc he wants to go home. I would love to do that to buddy but I work 14hr shifts. It's just gross the way this place is run. The owner needs to step up or sell it. ~AlliO

This is one of my favorite stores. I highly recommend them. Latasia & Darieona we're very nice, friendly and very helpful. The coffee and beverage section is very clean. Follow me for more reviews. ~Dion

IDONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Shift changes from day to day employees will let the homeless in and out when it’s “shift change” but won’t let customers in. The time changes daily based on the employee working. very inconvenient for morning travelers. Always some addict outside begging for money. ~Gloree

The restrooms were clean and had full rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. The auto gas islands had long-handled wind shield scrubbers.(yeah) The drink bar and food island was clean. The associates were busy and friendly. ~J

I recommend this gas station when playing the Tennessee Lottery. The cashier, a beautiful African American woman, does a great job in running my lottery tickets. Her name escapes me now, but she smiles and greets customers all the time. The parking lot is limited on customer's accessibility. This is not a handicap friendly store. This location can also be challenging getting back on the interstate. This also depends on the time you travel. The inside location is also limited. I rate the Lottery 4, but all around rating will be a 3 Star satisfactory customer. ~Albertine
