I recommend this gas station when playing the Tennessee Lottery. The cashier, a beautiful African American woman, does a great job in running my lottery tickets. Her name escapes me now, but she smiles and greets customers all the time. The parking lot is limited on customer's accessibility. This is not a handicap friendly store. This location can also be challenging getting back on the interstate. This also depends on the time you travel. The inside location is also limited. I rate the Lottery 4, but all around rating will be a 3 Star satisfactory customer.

Pump #4 was broken and not marked as such. The pump got gas everywhere ruining my jacket, shoes, and charging me an additional $10 in gas. The attendee was just not at the store at 5pm. I had to wait 15 minutes in the cold for her to make her way back to the locked store. Then when she arrived she wouldn’t apologize or give me a refund. She also couldn’t be bothered to put a sign up so I had to write “don’t use” on it with a sharpie myself. Corporate told me they’d handle it but I still haven’t been contacted about damages or offered a solution.

For the third time now, I went to this location during normal business hours and the door was locked. This time, the cashier had a family emergency. Other times, there have been other "reasons". Apparently they never have ANYONE "on call" if the cashier has to leave, so I guess their hours should be posted as "Whenever someone feels like working".

They supposedly close at midnight, but 8:30pm, and no one is there....no cars, no sign on the door to indicate a short break. I even called 15 mins later, and no answer. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last few months. What is happening to this place? It used to be great... friendly, reliable employees. For the last few months, it's been ridiculous. A few times, I have been in there and the employee had a couple of friends in there just hanging out, BSing. Super unprofessional, ugggh.

I would give this store a zero if possible. I am probably wasting my time because I’m sure they can’t get anybody to work here. However the older lady that works at night with the long here is very nasty she is rude and acts like it is a problem to ring you up. You should fire her ASAP.

Rude employees, outside restroom is "employee only" because they are too lazy to clean it. Needs management.

Chris Nickens is the coolest cashier. My husband and I go by this gas station every weekend. Great snack options and great drinks. Lately Chris has not been at the Mapco , we are stuck with a rigid bad attitude shrew older female.

Multiple people had cars break down within one mile after filling up gas here in August 13, 2019. Mechanic reports diesel, water, and debris were mixed into the gasoline (which we thought was regular unleaded). Reports that the same thing had happened one year earlier. Use caution when going here, suggested for emergencies only.
