Just as bad as the mapco at 2813 Dickerson rd up the street from them!!! Just pitiful!! Good customer service is out the door!

IDONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Shift changes from day to day employees will let the homeless in and out when it’s “shift change” but won’t let customers in. The time changes daily based on the employee working. very inconvenient for morning travelers. Always some addict outside begging for money.

Tonight around 7:40pm 4-28-22 went in to Purchase some cigarettesTheLady who checked me had no name tag and when I gave her my money which was a $20 for a pack of $8 cigarettes she gave me back only $9. And to top it off my daughter also paid for two items and the guy who checked her out also short changed her. So I call and got the manager name so Ms. Anna if your employees can't count or if they are stealing from your customers you might need to look into hiring cause I would hate for this to keep happening.

We were made to waite because we played lottery, when asked why, the cashier says I have to wait on the other customers, so what are we aliens. If you don't want to run lottery machine then take it out. We were in their 15 min. Paid for gas then had to wait because we wanted to play lottery so everyone that came in after us she kept waiting on them. SMH Want go back there again

Good thing I am not one a coffee fiend or one of these crazy customers that have been hitting the news lately ... both Columbian & Regular coffee pots are bone dry; meanwhile, the cashier is having a full blown conversation with a non-employee about someone they know and whether he is working, on disability or whatnot!

Hire someone for 3rd shift that wont shut the store down at 10:15 on a Friday night because they dont know how to do their job and can't handle all of the responsibility at once.
