Drive thru most likely tell you to pull around so wasted 30 minutes when not that busy to get meal plus dine in closed at weird times and the parking lot watch for huge holes in the concrete specifically at entry off una antioch

Why do the dining room hours say 6 to 9 Mon-Fri, but the door is locked after 3pm

If you are delivery.. don’t accept any order form this burger kings. Long wait… even though u went drive through they ask u want wait in front.

Terrible parking lot will ruin your suspension. Kind fast service. -Have someone else pick up your order in their vehicle if possible. *Breakfast is ten stars here.*

I was picking up an uber eats order. The dine in is closed at 1:30pm on a Saturday. I wait in the long drive thru line and the woman states they have no delivery orders. I ask if they can make it if I show them the order they say no. Save your time and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

Sitting in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes with two cars in front of me. Ordered a double stacker combo with a chicken sandwich and eight piece mozzarella sticks for almost $30? Wait too expensive for not such good taste. Don't waste your time. Follow me for more reviews

This is a standard Burger King. The food is what you come to expect from Burger King. The place was clean and tidy. Staff were polite and curtious. I had a burger with fried and a soda. This restaurant is on the main road close to the airport so I can see that this would be very convenient to people going to or leaving the airport.

This is the worst managed FAST FOOD restaurant in Middle Tennessee and has been for years!!!! I've never seen anything like it. Idk if its due to understaffing but it make more sense to just close untill you have it together than to have one branch ruining the entire companies brand. Everytime I visit the service is atrocious. Get it together BK. I waited 8 minuted in line, 5 minutes at the drive thru monitor just to order, and another 20 minutes to get my food. They have no problem taking peoples money but a complete disregard for ppls time.

Consistently closed hours before posted times while all signs/inside lights turned on and employees loitering outside. Manager says they're understaffed but can't explain how they can't run it with the 4 workers sitting inside? Other fast food run fine with less staff. Where the heck is the owner oversight?!
