Was my first experience with this shop. I couldn't be happier. From the minute I walked through the front door I was treated as a valued customer. Young lady was kind and understanding and extremely helpful. Guided me through the process made suggestions I left final color decisions up to them. Everyone was happy with the arrangement and when it showed up at the funeral home. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Calling from Nevada, they were closed when i called. The owner returned my call promptly and was so kind. The funeral arrangement he created for me was stunning. I wanted plants, and wow did he deliver! Texted me a photo of the arrangement since i am out of town, which I appreciate. I felt like a valued customer throughout the process, and I got more than my money’s worth. Pittsburgh is my hometown and although I don’t live there now, I’m thrilled this experience reminded me of the kind people in the ‘burgh. Thank you!

Mark is an amazing floral artist. I had a vision for my mothers funeral flowers and he nailed it. I did not want “funeral looking “flowers for my mom because she had specific taste in flowers. I showed him my vision and he executed it to precision. I received multiple compliments at the viewing and everyone said the flowers were perfect and tailored to my mother’s taste. Mark is the best and I will definitely come back in the future and recommend his shop to others.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. The basket was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful colors and the funeral director even said she has seen a lot of flowers and that was the prettiest she had ever saw.

We are so happy that we chose to use Z Florist for our wedding! Mark has great artistic vision, and he executed our big day perfectly. Prior to the wedding, we met with Mark to discuss our likes and dislikes and to share our ideas. Mark took those ideas and ran with them. Everything turned out so beautifully!

On Saturday, we called Z florist from out of state for a last minute delivery request to a family member. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Excellent customer service and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful arrangement!

I received a vase floral bouquet from a friend ordered from Z Florist. It was stunning upon receipt but as the days progressed new blooms came alive and added to it beauty. Today is May 3rd. I got the arrangement April 21st. Some of the blooms have been removed but the bouquet remains in tact and lovely. My now go to florist hand down!

My first experience with Z Florist was a great one! My grandpa passed away last week, and I wanted to get something customized from us grandkids. While I couldn't order online, I called in and was assisted by phone. I told her what I was looking for, and asked about customization. She was so kind and patient with me as I babbled on from being aloof from grieving. She also asked me price range, which I thought was wonderful, since not everyone can afford a large display. When we showed up to the funeral home, we were blown away! The custom ribbon and large arrangement were absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't have imagined having a more beautiful floral arrangement. My grandma was brought to tears over the custom ribbon and how lovely the flowers were. I was shocked at how far my money went and the quality of the arrangement. Thank you for creating something so bright and beautiful during such a dark time in our lives.

I wish I could give a 12/10. Mark and his staff were amazing and did an EXCELLENT job for my wedding day!!! I had met with him several months in advance and discussed my color scheme and ideas I had. He also met up with me multiple times, and made himself available to meet up with my parents whenever they were in town (from Michigan) for planning purposes. He and his staff were excellent with their customer service. As an aside, I unfortunately was late to pay, however they called me up and did not charge me an extra fee for it!!! I was so grateful. I also wanted a trellis to be decorated and for part of a Sri Lankan traditional ceremony, I needed a small stage to stand on. His team did an amazing job!!! The day before hand, he called me and stated that everything was ready and offered me to come in and take a peek, but I declined because I was a little strapped for time and I wanted it to be a surprise. On the day of the wedding, I was absolutely floored. The trellis and the stage were perfect, simple, elegant, colorful, totally beautiful, flowers and greens were well balanced. Petals were artfully strewn on the stage as well. The bridesmaids bouquets (I had 4 of them) were a great size, exquisite, appropriately colorful and with a good variety of flowers. My bouquet was out of this world. It was a stunning cascade of red, orange, pink roses, greens, such a wide variety of other little flowers, blue orchids, and 3 large stargazer lilies right in the center (my favorite type of flower). I had shared my ideas with him previously, but this surpassed my expectations and I was blown away! This was bright, colorful, tropical, and just so perfect for our wedding at Phipps. My bouquet was so fragrant, it still smells amazing (3d later), and it smelled up our hotel room, the car, the house, everywhere it has been (in an amazing way!)! I got several compliments from my wedding guests about how absolutely gorgeous the flowers were. The centerpieces (guest count roughly 120) were exactly how I wanted, simple and elegant, not too big so that people didn't have to look through/over them. Added so beautifully to the ambiance. And, as a bonus, and without me asking for it, he had made me a small bouquet of 3 large roses for the bouquet toss, with a bunch of colorful ribbons. I was floored by all of it, he did an excellent job and I can't thank him enough!! Thankfully, I live right up the street from him and I am certain he will be getting more business from us!!! Overall, the whole thing cost about 1700 for my massive bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, the decorated trellis, the stage rental, 7 or so boutonnieres, centerpieces, and decorating the reception hall. After seeing the end result, this was definitely worth it. I can't thank you all enough!!!
