Call and ask if they did battery check and alternator check for cars they told me yes, then when I went to THIS O'reilly they had a attitude and did not want to assist the customer. They came out to see what was going on with the car and they're asking me to check the battery, why would I even go there if I could do it myself.. Horrible service, horrible customer service, definitely not there to serve the customer.. Do not go to that O'reilly store!!! When ask to speak to manager rude person that I was dealing with said she was the manager..please hire qualify personal!!

Day shift is awesome. Second shifters not so polite. I returned an item I purchased the day before with cash , and the female at the register made me feel like I was returning a stolen item or something. So I requested the option of reviewing my membership number and stil wouldn’t return my funds.

Had my battery and alternator tested here, Tom was very helpful, and in all ended up having to change my battery on my Hyundai Accent. But really appreciated the customer service that was provided here.

I went in for to get my check engine light and they said they don't do it bcuz of covid but yet the worker there did not have her mask on and also they should take off the signs on the windows saying they do free check engine light checks bs here

I never thought I would be at auto parts store where it seems I came to bother them because I'm asking for parts. They stand there pretense to be doing something on the computer, I look over and he has done nothing and on top of it he gives attitude

I think that a lot of the times it depends on who is working at the front sometimes when you get the older mature staff members they're really really good at helping you but when you get one of the Young bucks it's kind of hard to get good customer service and all they want to do is be on their phone and they can care less if they can help you or not.

Pathetic. Went in for 5A fuse, but fuse section looked like end of going-out-of-business sale. Most pins EMPTY. Salesmen were nice, or I'd give 1 star. Left empty-handed. ALL I NEED IS A FUSE. Now i gotta make another stop; SIGHHHH.
