This branch is temporarily closed. I didn't mean to put any star but it wouldn't allow me to post otherwise.

The teller was not wearing a mask all the way up until she called me up to her counter. Which was at least five minutes. The mandate has not been lifted here. So I find this completely unprofessional and felt the customer was not taken into consideration.

I recently switched banks due to poor customer service, and I was beyond thrilled to have Mike Dunigan's help switch my accounts! My English isn’t that great but Mike was so patient with me. Thank you!

Mike is the BEST OF THE BEST! The other reviews on here are absolutely bonkers- nobody is better with customers than this guy. I opened a business account here and had one of the best experiences while doing so. He explained everything to me thoroughly and recently, when I had some account issues, Mike was there to help as soon as I needed it. US Bank earned a loyal customer because of Mike!

The bank branch manager--who would only identify himself as Mike and refused to provide the name of his manager, saying that he didn't have one--is completely incompetent, rude, and belligerent. He failed to follow my explicit instructions to close my checking accounts when I withdrew all funds, causing additional inappropriate charges to be posted to my account. Rather than acknowledge and correct his mistakes, he said he would turn over the "amounts due" to a collection agency. Since US Bank failed to respond to my concerns, I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Reserve.

I rarely write reviews but I had the best experience here! Mike Dunigan made creating a business account simple and quick. He explained everything I needed to know and since has been extremely reliable when issues arise. Thank you Mike and US Bank for great service!

The branch manager Mr. Mike Dunigan is a racist. I deposited a large amount of cashier check into my business account. The branch manager placed a hold of 10 days (7 business days) on a cashier check from Franklin branch of Bank of America. I was frustrated and asked the clerk for the policy of the cashier check being hold for 7 business days. The branch manager came out of his cubic office and told me that he did not need to show me the policy and asked me to show him the policy ( I did not know where that come from). I turn on my cell phone to record the whole conservation. I asked his business card and tried to pronounce his name, "Mike...." He yelled at me," I am American". Then I realized this is all about. Although I am a full professor at university, a US citizen and live in US for more than 20 years, I still have an Asian face. SO he is American, He treated all Asian faces as non-American. I insisted on seeing the policy of the holding a cashier check. He was so mad and rude that he threw the cashier check back to me and ordered me to leave.

Impatient, rude and judgmental employees. My wife is an immigrant. She is also highly educated. Her English is good but not perfect. Being an immigrant with not so perfect English does not make her ignorant or any less of a human being but that is how she was treated by one particular employee at this branch. It was was how she made to feel. The manger asked me if it was a possible this was communication misunderstanding. NO it was not. More than 55% of human communication is nonverbal. Nonverbal communication therefore says much more than words and can be interpreted irregardless of the spoken language. My wife reads nonverbal communication better than most. This woman was rude, impatient and condescending repeatedly. It was in her tone, her smirks, her huffing, her sighs and her overall tone. My wife had attempted to make a deposit but her card jammed inside the ATM immediately upon insertion. When she tried to get her card back, she was treated as if she was lying and told her card was not in the machine. She tried several times to explain and was rudely brushed off and told her card was not in the ATM. She needed the card to complete her day. My wife explained that it was not taken all the way in by the ATM, but still partially in the slot and she had watched several other customers attempt to use machine and it failed because of it. She also explained this but the employee would not listen to her. Other employees noticed the frustration of my wife and the rude impatience of the other female employee she had been dealing with. They tried to be more helpful and finally realized the machine had failed and told her a repairman had been called. While waiting for the repairman to arrive, and while waiting for him to finish, she was again treated with rude impatience by the same rude employee and another employee when she asked if her card was recovered yet.. When the repairman finished, low and behold, guess what the repairman found....my wife’s card! Right where she said it was. It was handed back to her with no compassion, no apologies and more rudeness by another employee.
