Too many scammers ~Asmr

Very busy store now that they take Amazon return packages. I've had a mail box here for about 8 years. The staff is very friendly and give very good service to the customer. Kelly is the manager. She is very good manager and can help with any issues that may result... ~Mark

Numerous occasions stood at customer service desk for more then 10 minutes,hence the words "customer service" watched over 20 people check out before i was served. I was there before all of them! Managers and staff saw me on numerous occasions and looked on.would recommend making customer service more of a priority then making sales,cant have 1 and not the other...... ~Fuquad

Employees and management here are trash. Manager doesn’t know how to do his job let alone how to train his employees to do there job correctly. These people have been nothing but a headache for me. 10/10 will never recommend getting anything from here. Any renting place is better than this dumpster store. I’ve had any issues with them. My cell phone wouldn’t hold a charge. I went to Batteries Plus in Hamilton Crossing. Great service! My phone battery was changed and the phone works like new. I also purchased frequently used batteries at an unbelievably low price. Fantastic store! ~Sue

Details to follow pending conversation with district general manager. In reply to "owners" response below. Calling the support number you provided wasted more of my time on hold and then explaining once again this gigantic mess I find myself in as they referred me to an app. I've been a lifelong customer of HR Block. Customers are not priority once mistakes have been made, repeatedly causing huge difficulty in getting a home financed. ~Wendy
