Love Lowes. They do need some work on their curbside pickup. I have tried the app, the website and the qr code that you can't scan from car! Finally just had to call. Employees were friendly.

Zero stars ***** Extremely regret ordering my appliances from Lowes. They did not communicate to me that my refrigerator was out of stock, so they mailed me gift cards to Lowes. How did I find this out? I called the day I was told it would be delivered. Tried resolving over the phone, but NOBODY answers the phone at Lowes- and since I ordered inside the store, I have to work with the store and not the call center. So I’m a day out from the day the ASM told me the refrigerator would be here (because he had to have it shipped from Georgia) and no delivery notice he been given. Naturally, I’m on the phone trying to get in touch with the store but 30-min in and I have no answer. Still ringing. I guess I’ll have to GO IN PERSON AGAIN to get an answer, just like the old days. Will never ever ever order from Lowes again simply due to the fact I cannot get any answers from anybody unless I go into the store physically.

Man the guys at the pro are absolutely incredible and highly knowledgeable and for what they don't know they will get info fast. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone and wish they could be sent to fix other store locations. Thank you guys for all the great help over the years!

Looked for Wine refrigerator and a staff walked me to aisle 44 where the Wine 18 bottle Fridgidare was located for my shopping photo and price. Next I found a 40 count pack box of 13 Gallon Glad Citrus garbage bags with attached ties that I purchased in the Garden Center after the associate lady showed me the aluminum oval raised vegetable garden container for my patio that is just right fit ! I plan to buy in September. Love and always shop Lowes’s because Lowe’s locations appear better and always leave satisfied with staff service spot on.

Josh, the manager at the Pro Desk, did an excellent job making sure everything went smoothly and got my delivery to me on time. He even called afterwards to ensure that everything was up to par and that we were satisfied. In a world of business, this was refreshing and rare to see from a big box store. The delivery driver was also very careful laying down pallets and ensuring that our product was well taken care of during transit. Our small handyman business is growing and we are happy to have Lowe's offer such an excellent service and product.

Exploring some flooring options. Very good advice and help from Chuck and Sean in the flooring department. Unfortunately still waiting for the hardwood after three weeks. Don't who is fault, Lowe's or the manufacturer Bruce, but as I said three weeks and I am still waiting.

Worst shopping experience ever! Ordered a refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer a month in advance only for them to cancel the delivery twice and leave me without a fridge for two weeks and counting. They would give me a delivery time window and I called half way through to check in on it and they had already returned everything to the warehouse and said I would have to wait another week. Never shopping here again!

Mike in the appliances department was very helpful, professional, and fast. I was trying to locate a very hard to find product. I was able to call and talk to Mike in the appliance department and he was able to locate the products I needed. He held the products for me till I was able to make it to the (3hr drive) to the store to buy them. We are not in Franklin TN. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Mike personally to say thank you but so thankful for his help and customer service at the Franklin TN Lowes store(appliance department)

Delivery is a mess . I was scheduled to have 3 appliances delivered and they arrived 2 hours earlier than then the 4 hour delivery window. I was not home but said I could get home in about 30 minutes . They said they were done for the day and were bringing the appliances back to the store . After many phone calls I was told they could deliver the next day ..even received a confirmation call. I waited for the 4 hour window once again ...no delivery.....when I called the store they told me I was not on the schedule. This causes problems when one is working and takes off work to have the delivery . The store tells me to call the delivery service and the delivery service tells me the store is responsible for the schedule of the truck . It is truly a mess
