I've been having issues with my phone for MONTHS. Ive called customer service many times with no resolution. I've tried going into the store and they won't even look at my phone. They just immediately tell me to call customer service. Switching carriers because the service is awful. Zero stars.

Utterly pathetic customer service. The customer service agent there with the name Raj is very rude and arrogant. He thinks that he's doing a favor to the customers by working over there. He tries to make a fool out of the customers by saying that he today is his first day at AT&t and he does not know how to work. Whereas the guy has been working there since more than year. When you quiz him about it, he says it was his twin brother. I went yesterday with a specific request of trading in a phone, and if it was not possible he could have politely said no. But arrogant nature, rude behavior and demeanor was very very unprofessional and do not expect that from an AT&t customer service store.

The best experience with the equipment store EVER! Sales representative Bryan and the store manager Dee spent all their attention, time, expertise and patience to solve multiple problems with our existing phones. They were so great and helpful that not only we ended up purchasing great phones, but even moved a couple of our family lines from Verizon to ATT! Ended up calling Verizon at least 3 times to just part with them.. unrecognizable changes with that company... Can’t be happier to be serviced by such professional and knowledgeable team as we found in this good looking Franklin Mall. Highest marks and our grateful recommendations!! Do stop by, you will be presently surprised!
