Went in for a phone upgrade and to transfer a line and the rep Itai B added a new line and device to our account without our knowledge or authorization. I contacted the manager and he refused to even acknowledge that something like this could happen even though AT&T customer service confirmed it did. The device and line have zero activity over the past 7 months. Do NOT use this store and you should also understand that this is an "AT&T Authorized Retailer" and it is NOT an AT&T owned store. AT&T will not take responsibility for anything they do to you. Always make sure you go to an actual AT&T Store. Run away if you see the word "authorized".

Last week I paid $131 for the new DirectTV box. It has not worked properly at all. On Tuesday Oct 19 it quit working. I called Justin and he told me he was getting a shipment on Wednesday and to come and he would trade it out. I left work and came down to this store. Justin did not come in today so another guy “helped me.” Told him what Justin told me. Very rude. Said they had no boxes and he could keep mine and order one to ship to my house. He said they do not swap out. I asked why a Mgr would tell me they did. I haven’t been able to watch tv in a week! This guy even doubted when I got it! All I wanted was to get another one. Now I have to go back Thursday to try and fix all this. Worst store ever.

Have been to this location twice in the past couple years. The first time, the staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. We left feeling like we had bothered them with our questions. This past weekend, we came in again to upgrade my husband's phone. While the staff was more attentive, he essentially told us that we could not upgrade our phone without changing our plan. We were unwilling to do that and he did not put in any effort to find a work around. Other locations have gone out of their way to research the best discounts that we could get as we are long standing AT&T customers. The staff advised that we should go to Best Buy or Target to buy a phone! We left, completely baffled that they did not seem to make the effort to figure out the best way to get a phone. We went home, called AT&T and within 20 minutes, upgraded the phone to the one we wanted without changing our plan and at the price that we expected to pay from having researched the website and had a wonderful experience with the sales rep.

The lack of paper documentation which establishes some kind of paper trail for what happened, including expectations and contract, and what a future bill looks like numbers wise is an absurdity beyond absurdities. This is basic business. This is how you treat people. Not having a papertrail is always a disservice to the customer when they have questions or want something changed. It's inevitably their word and their interpretation of facts which rule the day. I got insurance that 1) I had no desire for and 2) wasn't told how much it would cost 3) didn't know I was getting. In fact, I don't remember signing up for insurance, I remember signing the other dotted line. And the context of the conversation with the agent would have further indicated that. It will be about "so an so" and "so and so" is not how people do business. Because I will pay you "thus and such" and "thus and such." Without actual numbers for a mobile contract which you will have for a year or more, you don't have anything approaching a solid and concrete understanding of your budget. You are a multi-national company that does international business and you can't change a bill an pro-rate it??? Instead, you take my money and pay it back on another bill??? That's an equal absurdity. What an utter crock. That's called stealing from the customer. That's you taking my money for a month and not paying me interest. I'm paying AT & T $100 bucks a month and AT & T can't afford .10 to give you documentation proves their total lack of concern for their customer. Their mission statement is a hollow absurdity on this question. Clear, comprehensive documentation which speaks to both rights and responsibilities (the aspects of a contract) is how business is done with customers in modern day America. This is like when they quit sending paper billing completely, for no reason what-so-ever and called it my families fault. My experience with AT & T has been a Kafka-esque nightmare--as if they took instructions from Kafka himself. I'm going to do my best to avoid them with ever fiber and particle of my being.

I ABSOLUTELY would not recommend this store. They botched my transfer and I lost a lot of sentimental videos and pictures. My brand new phone started glitching less than 4 hours AFTER I purchased it. I had to do a factory reset and lost pictures that did not switch over after almost 2 hours of waiting for them to do a Samung Switch. I didnt get any paperwork, receipts, anything. When the phone started glitching, they acted like they didnt care. I drove over an hour to get the phone and I went to bed crying because I had to spend 3 more hours installing apps. Clearly, they just want the commission.

This store has the best costumer service ever. All the employees there were very caring and nice. They got my problems fixed in a timely manner and made sure I was satisfied. The manager Kasra was the one that helped me.

Every single time I go in the store Justin helps me and he is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The entire staff are great and friendly!! Always eager to help!! I live 45 minutes away but this is my favorite store and will always come here!!

Randy provides genuine, honest, and excellent customer service! He had helped me with a phone issue weeks ago so when I was ready for a new phone, Randy was THE reason I came back. His kindness and honesty built my trust then his knowledge helped me to leave the store confident in my purchases. Also it was comforting that he answered all my questions & made sure I knew I could contact him if I had any issues or more questions. It was a great experience to hear his coworkers interactions with other customers. They were all kind, professional & relatable. I would recommend this store to anyone, but because of my great experience this week I would personally recommend Randy. Thank you Randy
