This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have used in my entire life. Service is incredibly slow people seem confused with basic procedures. It doesn’t matter if I use the drive-through or go inside I always have issues. I don’t ever write negative reviews because I feel bad someone might’ve been having a bad day or something but this place is just consistently bad. Something needs to change. We are moving all our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The drive through window is ridiculously slow. Twice in two weeks I’ve waited and waited. Last week I parked and went in. Today after waiting 30 mins behind only two cars, I asked the problem. I was told to come in. I got inside and FOUR people were now ahead of me. You can imagine how delighted I was. CVS has been my pharmacy for decades but I’ll switch if this doesn’t change soon. If someone’s prescription isn’t ready they should be told to come in. Everyone in their cars shouldn’t have to wait until it gets filled.

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. Slow service, after waiting 25 minutes to speak to a pharmacy tech, I was told I would have to walk inside to pickup my medication that I have picked up through the drive-thru several times before. When I asked for a reason, frustrated after waiting in line, they response was, “I’m not sure, but I can’t fill it through the drive-thru.”

Horrible service at check in for covid vaccine. Temporary area set up to give vaccines is surrounded with crowds waiting at pharmacy pick up. Sign said employees would wear masks, however the Pharmacist who adminstered flu and covid vaccines did not change gloves nor wear a mask. He never touched arm, just stabbed needle into arm at a distance. Area felt unsanitary. I will not be using this pharmacy again!

Drive through pharmacy takes forever. Mostly due to COVID testing. I was just dropping off a prescription And had to wait over 30 minutes just to get up to the window To drop off my prescription refill. Lady in the pharmacy window said if I didn’t want to wait that I could go inside to drop off my prescription. Im not sure that it makes much sense to make 10 cars waite behind one car that is using the drive through to get their COVID test done. It would make more sense to have the folks that are wanting Covid test to go inside and not tie up the drive-through line with a 15 minute wait. I thought the point of a drive-through was for speed inconvenience for all not just for those wanting Covid tests. I don’t think banks would use the drive through for folks to apply for a home loan and make all the folks wanting to make deposits or get cash have to wait behind them.

I forget this CVS is here, but it's never busy and there's always plenty of parking. We went in to grab some quick gifts and it's a pretty small store, but I was surprised at all of the options they had just in terms of candy/treats. My daughter likes little toy animals and of course she spotted some right away. The staff were very nice and asked us if we found everything we needed. Good place.

This CVS is in a really convenient location. MinuteClinic service was very prompt especially when reserving a spot online. Pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in Brentwood. Twice they have given me the wrong prescription. Too many times to count they tell you your script will be ready then you drive up only to find out they haven't even started it. Poorly managed and poorly run for a national chain. Don't waste your time. Walgreens is just up the street and they do a fine job.
