I visited your Brentwood location to get lunch drink and purchase gas. I noticed your marketing materials that stated 3 roller items and a 40 oz drink for $3.99. While checking out I ASKED the guy behind the counter 3 times if they were $3.99, he mumbled something and rang it up at the regular price without responding to me. He had my money in his hand and apparently took as much as he wanted when I asked again he said my reward card expired. I walked out and immediately returned to returned the hot dogs I wanted because I felt disrespect and he couldn't care less. I immediately went to the Shell station and filled both my belly and tank. Thanks for providing me with the directions to go to your competition for proper customer service.

Never had a complaint about this station but the renovation looks great, the store is much cleaner and nicer looking. Very nice!

The blonde with glasses working the shift now decided to close out her report early… not allowing me to purchase anything. She told me I could wait 15-20 mins for whatever reason. $50 worth of alcohol just walked out bc your hourly associate decided so

Walked in and it was super clean! I was greeted by a very helpful employee named Kelsey who could actually carry a conversation which made the experience more enjoyable

I dont usually get my car washed here, but I stopped here for a quick car wash. At first the machine took my money without giving me a wash... A glitch because the person in front of me didn't pull forward all the way when they were finished. But the manager was very helpful and gave me a coupon for a deluxe wash, and came outside to make sure the machine worked for me the next time around.

Highest prices in the area. I drove out of my way to come here because they sell ethanol... For 40 cents more than other stations sell regular! Not to mention the horrible traffic at this intersection that further extends your unfortunate pitstop.

I was trying to come through as I was traveling. I checked Google maps for this gas station it said 24 hours. It's definitely not open 24 hours. I thought it was open because it said 24 hours so I decided to stop by. All the gas pump lights were off but the gas station Mapco part still had it's lights on. So I decided to try and go in to ask about getting gas and pick up a few items. Then found that the door is locked. The employee did not have a close sigh or anything and he was in the Mapco. So I litterly just wasted my time. They are off a interstate and they are not opened 24 hours? So I don't know what the deal is going on there.

Been going here for over 6 years. And today the one particular slow cashier decided that it was okay to be rude and disrespectful! Think it's time to take my business elsewhere! Also thinking I should call corporate to put a personal complaint in on this guy.

2.49 when gas around town was 1.99. Also the pump did not print a receipt. The store had just one cashier and he was incredibly slow. No apology from him on receipt. Shame on you Mapco ....you have to do better than this.
