BP

I visited your Brentwood location to get lunch drink and purchase gas. I noticed your marketing materials that stated 3 roller items and a 40 oz drink for $3.99. While checking out I ASKED the guy behind the counter 3 times if they were $3.99, he mumbled something and rang it up at the regular price without responding to me. He had my money in his hand and apparently took as much as he wanted when I asked again he said my reward card expired. I walked out and immediately returned to returned the hot dogs I wanted because I felt disrespect and he couldn't care less. I immediately went to the Shell station and filled both my belly and tank. Thanks for providing me with the directions to go to your competition for proper customer service. ~Ron

AT&T Store

Went in for a phone upgrade and to transfer a line and the rep Itai B added a new line and device to our account without our knowledge or authorization. I contacted the manager and he refused to even acknowledge that something like this could happen even though AT&T customer service confirmed it did. The device and line have zero activity over the past 7 months. Do NOT use this store and you should also understand that this is an "AT&T Authorized Retailer" and it is NOT an AT&T owned store. AT&T will not take responsibility for anything they do to you. Always make sure you go to an actual AT&T Store. Run away if you see the word "authorized". ~Brett

Little Brothers Shell, Inc.

I pulled into check my oil about a month ago and realized it is owned by Rhea Little’s heirs. My parents did business with Mr Little years ago when he had the Gulf station in Green Hills. Today I took my car in to replace the passenger side view mirror. I purchased the replacement online and Avery put it on in 15 minutes. Everyone that works there and even the customers coming in are so friendly. I can understand why my parents used and trusted them so much. I’m pleased they have the same integrity they had 50+ years ago. So, a big shout out to Avery and Juan who helped me today. I’ll see you again down the road! P.S. - they still offer full service at the pumps! I love it when you pull up and the bell dings, like the old days. I highly recommend! Service: Auto side window replacement ~Maisey

Shell

Wish I could give 0 stars. Stock runs out, never refilled, but not to worry, there are plenty of rude employees cussing and carrying on behind the counter. Rudest employees I’ve ever met, minus 2 of them. I’ve been cursed with living near this gas station so I have spent thousands of dollars here. I will now drive out of my way just out of principle. ~Maples

CVS

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have used in my entire life. Service is incredibly slow people seem confused with basic procedures. It doesn’t matter if I use the drive-through or go inside I always have issues. I don’t ever write negative reviews because I feel bad someone might’ve been having a bad day or something but this place is just consistently bad. Something needs to change. We are moving all our prescriptions to another pharmacy. ~Deanna

Kroger Pharmacy

The staff here is really nice. I’ve never had an issue with the staff. They’re great. However … they claim to be short staffed (isn’t everyone?!) even with 7 people behind the counter (yes, I’ve counted!). They also have turned off their phones (there’s no voicemail saying they’ve done this, but they admitted it to my husband who was sick with strep and called for 2 days trying to find out if his medication was ready). If you’re going to do that, you need to notify people! They’ve had their drive through closed for WEEKS, meaning I have to take my sick, coughing, crying, contagious toddler in to get his medicine. The shortest amount of time I’ve stood in line is 15 minutes. Longest is 45 minutes. I honestly don’t know what I would do if I was disabled — it really sucks that they can’t do their drive through! ~Aubra

Publix Pharmacy at Marketplace at Maryland Farms

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and I had a semi-emergency earlier today in which a patient of mine needed their monthly antipsychotic injection and we couldn’t locate it anywhere. I called this pharmacy and a male pharmacist promptly picked up the phone, helped me locate the medication, and then went above and beyond by making it affordable for my patient. It’s kindness like this that the world needs more of! I hope someone at Publix reads this and tells him a huge thank you from me!! ~Anne
