The staff here is really nice. I’ve never had an issue with the staff. They’re great.
However … they claim to be short staffed (isn’t everyone?!) even with 7 people behind the counter (yes, I’ve counted!). They also have turned off their phones (there’s no voicemail saying they’ve done this, but they admitted it to my husband who was sick with strep and called for 2 days trying to find out if his medication was ready). If you’re going to do that, you need to notify people!
They’ve had their drive through closed for WEEKS, meaning I have to take my sick, coughing, crying, contagious toddler in to get his medicine. The shortest amount of time I’ve stood in line is 15 minutes. Longest is 45 minutes.
I honestly don’t know what I would do if I was disabled — it really sucks that they can’t do their drive through! ~Aubra
