While the one girl I dealt with the last time I was there, and last time I will ever go there was very nice and apologetic, the service at this place is beyond terrible. Takes an average of 3-5 phone calls to get anyone to answer the phone, then often get put on hold only to be hung up on. Several employees refuse to wear masks and give me a side eye for wearing one. I get staff shortages and all, hitting everyone but if you're going to be open you can at least answer the phone and act like you care about your job. I could go on and on about how bad it is but suffice it to say this is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Do not go here!

They also have turned off their phones (there’s no voicemail saying they’ve done this, but they admitted it to my husband who was sick with strep and called for 2 days trying to find out if his medication was ready). If you’re going to do that, you need to notify people! They’ve had their drive through closed for WEEKS, meaning I have to take my sick, coughing, crying, contagious toddler in to get his medicine. The shortest amount of time I’ve stood in line is 15 minutes. Longest is 45 minutes. I honestly don’t know what I would do if I was disabled — it really sucks that they can’t do their drive through!

I just went though the checkout line and it took 25 minutes for 3 cars. The guy in the drive through was more interested in checking his messages on his watch then actually working.

The female pharmacist seems like she hates her job and is rude and unfriendly. This is the last time I fill an RX here. Oh and don’t try to call, they never answer the phone
