Nurse Practitioner told me I had scabies….it was actually poison oak. Cost me $100 for the wrong diagnosis. Beyond incompetent.

The doctor keeps saying she doesn't know what's going on, argues with me, and tells me to drink herbal supplements instead of medication for very high blood pressure. Not coming here again.

Nurse practitioner never spoke a word to me except sit in the blue chair and told me I was positive and here was my result and letter for work!! Never asked me the severity of my symptoms or one single question much less introduce herself !! Most unprofessional behavior I have experienced any where! I am a nurse and yes I had Covid but it is your duty to instruct me in my care not hand me a paper and say ok your done. I am taken back by her it’s than professional attitude and you have the nerve to charge me for a visit?? Never again !!

I am so thankful for this clinic. I had to get rapid testing for Covid (I was neg) but I was in and out within 30 mins and the drs and receptionist are amazing. I recently went there because of an allergic reaction I was having. It was pretty bad. My skin was bright red and I was miserable. I went there.... they wrote me a prescription and two days later I look normal again. I’m so grateful

I went to the clinic Sunday morning right before they opened. I expected to wait awhile, but within minutes I was greeted by Marolyn and she told me to come back. She was very attentive and thorough! She performed a strep test (those are awful) and had me out in 20 minutes! This is the 2nd time I have visited this clinic for myself and took my elderly mother a few years ago. Ive been pleased each time and found that this was faster, especially when my primary care doctor didn’t have any open availability. I highly recommend.

they CAN do Vaccinations that are required for School, They CANNOT give you the form you need to turn in to the school to prove you have had the vaccination administered.... IF YOU GET YOUR CHILDREN VACCINATED HERE, YOU WILL STILL NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER HEALTH DR TO PROVIDE PROOF TO THE SCHOOL. so why not get the vaccination done at a Dr who can you the form in the first place. I thought I would save some money because they offer it here.....but it was double since I had to pay two copays since the little clinic can't provide the form.... I was told differently prior to my appointment.

This clinic is poorly managed. Forget about making an appointment as you will have to wait a minimum of two hours before being seen. When they first opened, management cared enough about the patients to have two Nurse Practitioners on duty; however, the shift is now centered on making money. Only one Nurse is available and appointments and walk-ins have to wait well over two hours. Do not come here. Take your insurance and go to the Minor Emergency Clinic instead. This facility located at highway 70 and Appling deserves 0 stars.

I waited 2 hours and was skipped twice just to talk to some old hippie woman that doesn't believe in using antibiotics for a sinus infection and say it should pass in 5 to 10 day . Yeah I feel like continuing to wake up every other hour at night coughing up blood. What a Thief took my money and did do her job.

I have been to this clinic at least 3 times. My complaint is not with the Nurse Practioners they have, it is with the scheduling and general attitude of the receptionists. It always takes at least 1 1/2 hr to be seen. I have used the hold my spot option, and it doesn't make a difference. Today I tried to use that option, and it is not available until the clinic opens. If you go to the clinic and register before it opens, the people who use the online options some how end up in front of you on the waiting list.

I used the “hold your spot” feature, but the code I was given was invalid. The receptionist then came out from one of the rooms and told me that they weren’t seeing any patients because they hadn’t had their lunch yet. It was 1 pm and the hours for lunch on the website state that lunch is from 1:30-2. She didn’t tell me when they were coming back and there was nothing on the front desk indicating that they were at lunch. I agree with the other reviewer that the receptionist seems to value lunch over customer service/patient care. My wedding is 1 week from today and I thought this would be quick and easy. Very disappointed.
