Just FYI- their phone system, website, and banners in the waiting area, all express the option for walk-in appointments but the girl at the front desk will tell you you have to make an appointment or there’s a 2-5 hour wait - with no one in the waiting room. I went in with a very sore throat and bad cough and informed the lady that I already was tested for covid earlier that morning and tested negative. She tested me again for covid. It was negative, said I “might have a viral infection but can’t be too sure” and then told me to take some sudafed or an antihistamine ….I spent who knows how much money for a doctor to tell me what I already knew and didn’t even test me for anything else but covid.. Defeats the point of going to the doctor.

Went here for a sore throat that had gotten worse over two days and they did a strep flu and Covid test all came back negative and told me to just take Tylenol because there was nothing she could do for it. Didn’t give me any antibiotics for my sore throat or horrible sinus infection I now have, we are now on day four of a HORRID sore throat and have been taking Tylenol as much as I can. No sinus cocktail offered or anything. I do NOT recommend coming here for anything.

I set an appointment to see about my sinus infection/allergy symptoms and they were not only quick, but very friendly! They got me taken care of and feeling better I’m no time. Definitely recommend this little clinic!

Our company's intern, who lives out of state, had gone to the Urgent Care Clinic in Cordova. They did nothing for her, tested nothing. I called The Little Clinic and spoke with Shamika (sp?). She promised to take good care of our Intern. She lived up to her words. Our intern was seen quickly AND treated. She can now get better thanks to their considerate care.

If I would have seen these reviews before I went, I would have definitely avoided. The clinic is very slow compared to others. Test results take twice as long as other urgent cares. I went to a different urgent care and got my test results in 48 hours, this location took 6 days for the exact same test.

I've read several bad reviews about this location so this is to provide some balance. (I do realize staffing at the moment may make a big difference.) My visit was a near wonderful experience: greeted promptly and politely, wait time was relatively short (about 10-15 min), attending dr/nurse were compassionate, friendly, courteous, and attentive to my questions. In short, I received good care in a timely manner in a pleasant environment. I would definitely return to this location.

Beware this place worships the mighty dollar... I paid 95 dollors for my first visit to get my blood pressure medicine. They gave me a 30 day supply. Went to have the pescription refilled and the lady working the front desk tells me it would cost another 95 dollors to ask the doctor a question. What? Ive been to many doctors an tour visits for this type usually gets a 3 month supply of your medicine. By the way my meds are on me 6 dollors but to get them to refill is 95. What a crock of s××t!....

I feel I'm being VERY generous with this rating based on today's experience...i wouldn't recommend to anyone unless it was an absolute last resort.. so The first time I went it was fine, my husband did everything for me as far as making an appointment and getting me signed in as I was very sick with the flu. They were great that time, possibly a little unorganized but who am I to judge. 2.5 weeks later my husband is now sick and after not getting through on the phone I walked in today right at open and the woman looked at me like I was crazy to think I would be able to be seen as a walk-in. Told me everyone made appointments yesterday and they were full. I said ok well he got sick yesterday so here I am today, what are the odds of getting seen today at all or when is the sooner i could make an appointment... with an attitude she tells me that she doesn't know and that she has appointments all day... not offering to make me an appointment for tomorrow or anything. She said I could check in on the tablet but he had to be there to do it ... wrong... but gave me no help or instruction, instead just called the person that was waiting and basically cut me off... after signing in on the tablet it said wait time of 40 minutes and when I told her that she was just like no, we have appointments all day till close so it could be 2 hours or more... girl, that literally makes no sense!! If you hate people and your job so much, do everyone a favor and find a new job!!! Bc you sure aren't doing the one you have well at all... bottom line, don't go unless you have absolutely no other option!

I have never experienced worst service at a clinic in my life! I called 5 hours before I arrived and asked for a price of a school physical. I also confirmed the price before getting off the phone with the receptionist! I was told the price was $33. When I arrived, I waited almost 2 hours before receiving any service. I went to pay the receptionist $33, she said it’s $60, I said I spoke with you earlier, and you said $33. She apologized, and admitted that she gave me the wrong info, and that I only had to pay $33 today, but for future references it was $60. After paying, I then waited another 20 minutes. During the entire visit, both the receptionist and nurse practitioner kept asking me for the same info and forms, because they had no communication with each other. I had to constantly remind each one of them I had already give the other person the info. Finally, I get into the back of the office to have the physical done, and the nurse practitioner tells me her nurse gave me the wrong info and that the physical was actually $60. I explained the situation to her and told her I had only brought $40 to the visit because of the price I was told, and which is why I called earlier to confirm the price. She still did not honor that, and told me that I could come back at the same time tomorrow and she would save my information. So I agreed, and came back the next day. The next day I get there, they asked me to fill out the same forms AGAIN and ask for my ID and my daughters shot records AGAIN! What if I hadn’t brought those things again, because I was told she would keep them the previous day! The office is full, and there are 6 patients in front in me and I had to wait another 2 hours!! I I also had to leave work 2 days in a row, just for a school physical!

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I was talking to another patient about if I needed to make an appointment because I had been sitting there an hour. We got there at 8:34 and I left before even being seen. The nurse practitioner walked out of the room while he was with another patient to say what the problem is, I can hear you all the way in this room. I said I’ve been here an hour and was asking this lady if I needed an appointment. He said well you haven’t been here an hour because you weren’t here when I got here. So disrespectful. Would never recommend him to anybody.
