I had THE worst experience with Erin at the Pinellas Location. Never have I dealt with someone so disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and completely lacking in customer service skills. I was barked at, talked down to and was a paying customer. FYI Erin, professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude just skim the surface for good customer service you have a lot of deep diving to do.

Nice local vinyl & more shop… Would like a beefier Metal vinyl section, but lots & lots of others to choose.. They have a pretty good new & used ratio… They also have a relatively big box set selection for a smaller shop… My son & I frequent this shop & at no time have we ever NOT found sometime to purchase… While it may not be what we came for, it is something we definitely wanted..

Sound Exchange in Pinellas Park is a great shop for vinyl, CDs, DVDs/BluRays, books, and more. I made multiple trips while I was in town for work and I found a ton of stuff to add to my collection. I'd definitely go back for a visit if I'm near Largo/St Pete in the future!

They are amazing!! Super helpful and let you look at whatever it is you want before you buy. I happen to want movies and they let me make sure that the DVDs were okay, they are awesome!! And the condition of 99% of what I got was near perfect so so good!!

This place could make me bankrupt, great large selection of records, cds, tapes, and nostalgia. Not to mention a fantastic supply of older but well preserved higher-end sound equipment I will be back many times.

This place is a great find for all generes if music. I was able to find old school comedy, TV series movies and of course music. Magazines as well. Laid back and knowledgeable staff for various topics. Definitely worth checking out especially for younger crowds to see how music was once purchased. 😉👍🏾👨🏾
