I preface this by saying it's my fault for taking my 4 year old to a minor med. however, the pediatric minor meds were closed and when the desk tells me they service 6mos and up I believed her. my child was inconsolable complaining of ear pain and I couldn't get him into his pediatrician that day. the NP at this minor med looked in his ears and said he was perfectly fine. give him some dimetapp. 2 hours later he was running 102.6 fever with relief only from ibuprofen intermittently and it was back up again. after a visit to the actual pediatrician this morning he has a DOUBLE ear infection and one of his ear drums has RUPTURED. this place may be great for bumps and bruises and drug tests but that's about it. without a doubt do not take your child.

make an appointment, don't just show up. the place to go to quick help, not the place to go to get a pinpoint diagnosis that requires several layers of testing. they took my vitals, spoke with me, gave me an x-ray, and sent my work to specialized doctor for a second opinion. service is excellent, but not like the minor medical offices of years ago. you will get help, you will get medicine, but you may not leave with a perfect answer.

Inefficiency with the front desk: slow and disorganized in everything! And late for work. No lab work at all, prescriptions really cause huge trouble and unwilling to solve the problem.

I am extremely disappointed in this urgent care facility. My wife has been suffering from extreme migraines and nausea for approximately ten days now. She has been in and out of several doctors' offices with different treatments to try to figure out the problem and get her feeling better with little success. She received an IV infusion yesterday at her neurologist and took an Aimovig injection before bed last night with only temporary relief. She began to feel really bad again this evening and tried to visit the ER (at the suggestion of her neurologist if she got worse) but the ER was completely packed beyond capacity with no possibility of her even being seen to in the same day. As a last ditch effort she came to this urgent care clinic in hopes of some sort of treatment and the nurse that saw my wife gave her attitude and asked her "what do you think we can do that your neurologist can't?". I understand the point of the question but this shows a complete disregard for what my wife has gone through the past week and a half, what she is currently going through, and what she had already tried to do up to this point. This lack of empathy is disgusting to me and I find it completely unacceptable behavior for someone that is in great pain and vulnerable.

Yesterday our company's intern needed to be seen. She had already tested for Covid and was negative. She wanted to be treated for a sore throat and chest discomfort. The dr did not check for strep, bronchitis, sinus infection or anything at all. He told the intern to go home and buy DayQuil or some other OTC med. If she's not better to see another dr tomorrow. Soooo she's sick and she's going to have to get up again and go out to a dr when she's already in the presence of a "doctor"? That makes no sense! She called our office and I called the Little Clinic on Germantown Parkway. I spoke with Shamika. She said that she would take good care of our intern. SHE DID! Our intern had a sinus infection and some possible bronchial inflammation. She was given meds and she's getting better! NO THANKS TO URGENT CARE. JUST SAY NO TO URGENT CARE OF SAINT FRANCIS G-TOWN HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Visited this location in Germantown, TN today. I had an appointment and arrived on time. I also had already pre-registered via their application on my mobile device. I had booked the appointment the night before. I entered the doors and there was one person ahead of me in line. We both waited for a few minutes and nobody acknowledged the gentleman's presence since I had been there, he finally left in disgust because the two ladies at the check-in desk were looking at the computer screen back and forth and never looked up or acknowledge my presence or the peson ahead of me. After the gentleman left, I was next in line. Again, no acknowledgement of my presence or existence for the purposes of checking in until 9 minutes and 50 seconds after the gentleman ahead of me left. I timed it on my phone as I thought they could have at least said "Hello, we will be with you in a minute" or something courteous, they acted like I wasn't even there until they finally did acknowledge me more than 11 minutes after walking in their door. Next, was asked to pay a $50 copay even though I had met my maximum out of pocket maximum for the year. They even acknowledged that based on what they were looking at on screen, but they said that urgent care visits still required a copay even though my insurance company confirmed that I didn't' owe any copays due to my meeting my out of pocket maximum due to an outpatient procedure in the early half of the year. They finally accommodated the request to not require copayment. It took a while though unnecessarily. The check-in person was interrupted by the office manager trying to communicate something to them about working some extra shifts and something else. I would be talking to the check-in person and then all of the sudden she would turn around to listen to the office manager in the middle of our conversation. I thought that was rude on both parts. I did get back quickly though as I wasn't there for a COVID test and I had booked an appointment the night before. I appreciated that. However, the next part shocked me when I went to meet with the doctor on duty and she came and asked me what my complaint was and explained to her that my primary care was on vacation this week and their office staff told me to go to urgent care, hence my visiting this practice. I explained I had joint and arm muscular pain that I wasn't sure about that had been going on about 3 weeks. I was asking to get relief or that was the intent when I went there. The doctor proceeded to speak to me rudely and raised her voice as if she was yelling at me or being a very "bull" type personality. She proceeded to tell me they couldn't do blood tests (which I never asked for that, i just wanted to know some information as to if it could have been a reaction to COVID 19 booster I had a while back. It was the worst interacation I have ever had with any doctor in the almost 35 years. I asked her why she was talking to me like she did and she denied that she was yelling or forcefully responding to my concerns. I wasn't asking for her to solve my issue, I was just wanting treatment for the symptoms as I had been taking medicine over the counter for an extended period of time and didn't know if I needed to use something else. I was there just to get some advice and symptomatic relief; however, she made me feel like was asking her to do something she couldn't do and I shouldn't have even come there for help. I was demeaned by her tone and very offensive responses to my simple request of needing help and I didn't want to clog the ER in the hospital. To her credit, she did give me a shot to help my symptoms and I thank her for that, but the experience of having to interact with her was more painful than my body pains which were bad. I would give this place 0 stars but am giving the doctor credit for giving me a shot that did help eventually today and made things tolerable at my work. I also give them another star for getting me back so quickly once I finally got checked in. So two stars is what they get for now.

Worst experience ever! Took my daughter who had just come home from college with a cough that she had for 3 months. We are new to the area and do not have a primary care physician established. I chose to go here because this location was close to our home and took our insurance despite the bad reviews I read before going there. Well, I should have listened to the bad reviews. Although they would not let me go back with my daughter, my daughter said that the nurse practitioner spent more time inquiring if she were in a relationship and what type of birth control she uses rather than focusing on the reason we were there. No COVID or flu test was done. When the chest x-ray came back normal the following day, she told her to take an antihistamine with decongestant and cough syrup. I guess she forget when you have a productive cough and wheezing with a clear chest x-ray that bronchitis could be the diagnosis??? We had a virtual appointment with my daughter's doctor in another state and she highly suggested we see someone else. We paid out of pocket and took my daughter to a different urgent care and the NP immediately said, she had bronchitis and wrote for steroids, inhaler and did blood work to check for COVID, flu, RSV, etc. Do not waste your time going here! The facility was gross - did not even seem clean in the waiting room and bathroom. Do not go here!

The medical staff is typically friendly but the front desk has gotten ruder and ruder. I even called today because their online scheduler was broken - again. The woman not only spoke down to me but told me that I was lying and would not help me schedule an appointment. I’ve been a returning patient for years. Being Catholic I always enjoy going to St. Francis but this had gotten out of control. I don’t feel being judged and shamed to receive medical care.

I went in this morning because my lymph nodes were swollen and man did the women of this office make me feel so much better. They were attentive, quick, and so extremely kind. I saw both a Nurses Assistant and the Nurse Practitioner within seconds of each other and they had my prescription called in and ready before I even left the building. I'm very impressed with how this office is ran and for 8 in the morning, these women sure were happy to be at work helping people!
